I can’t say enough about Grove Pilates and the incredible instructors here. From the very first class, I felt welcomed, cared for, and truly seen. The instructors don’t just guide you through movements they pay attention to your individual needs, helping you feel stronger and more confident with every session.

What really sets Grove Pilates apart is the atmosphere. Beyond the beautiful aesthetic and amazing owner, It’s not just a place to work out; it’s a space where you can reconnect with yourself. Whether I’m having a tough day or just need a moment to breathe, I know I can walk into this studio and leave feeling better in both body and mind.

The level of care and expertise here is unmatched. Every instructor is knowledgeable but my favorites are Sam, Lola, Shelly, & Nat, so I guess you can say all of them lol… they’re all encouraging, and deeply invested in your progress. They’ve created a community that feels like family, and I’m so grateful to be a part of it.

Every class is amazing and they have the cutest boutique with great brands to just shop from face products to cute clothes. If you’re looking for a studio that combines professionalism with heart, Grove is the place. It’s been such a transformative part of my life, and I can’t recommend it enough! You must go to get it. 🤍

This place is clean, has a relaxing modern farmhouse aesthetic, and their customer service matches their admittedly pricey membership. The front desk girlies are kind and friendly and super helpful. I’ve never done pilates before and from the beginning I felt welcome and taken care of. So I don’t mind spending a little extra for this experience.

Samantha is my absolute favorite instructor. She always asks how everyone is doing, is very personable, and her teaching style is relaxed but organized. 10/10.

Love this place. Anyone who is looking to try pilates out, they have a beginner class which teaches the basics and form cues etc. Their intro offer is a great option to try it 🙂

I can't say enough good things about this studio! The instructors make you feel comfortable and are very good at explaining the movements. This was my first group class with class pass, and next year, when I am able, I will become a member at Grove. The facilities are clean, and you always get a great workout!

There is a new member deal on the website that I absolutely recommend! The staff were super helpful and didn’t charge a cancellation fee when I missed a class for car troubles. This Pilates program really got me into the whole Pilates thing and I’ve been doing it since. Super aesthetic place too😊

Studio? Gorgeous. Music? Groovy. Vibes? Immaculate. Being new to Pilates, I didn’t know what to expect, but Nicole instantly put me at ease by taking the time to go over the class structure, how the reformer works, and how to best follow along in my first class. She was really welcoming and thorough without being overwhelming or making things too easy, her instructions were easy to follow, and the class was a blast! I’m stoked to say I’m a Pilates girlie now, and am excited to get a membership and make coming to Grove a part of my regular routine.

I’ve been a regular for over a year and a half and I absolutely love being a Pilates girly! They offer beginner classes that made learning so easy and much less intimidating. All of the instructors are so sweet and excellent at their jobs! I really like the different class options and range of class times (especially the recently added evening classes!). The vibes and atmosphere are immaculate ✨ at this studio. The overall aesthetic, lighting, reformers, decor, music, boutique, you name it - it’s a vibe. I truly look forward to coming in for my workouts. Seriously, I actually miss Grove Pilates when I’m on vacation! I’m so grateful that I found this little gem in Fallbrook and I love bringing my friends here for girls days.

Pilates has been an absolute game changer for my health and wellness routine. My physique, mental health, and mobility have all improved significantly after coming consistently. The cherry on top is that they are on ClassPass! I can’t say enough good things about this place 🤍

This is the BEST reformer pilates studio I have ever been to (and I've tried quite a few!) All the instructors are excellent (Samantha and Shelley are my personal faves. They are both so knowledgeable!), I get a great workout every time and there is no pressure/pushiness from staff to sign up for a membership. They do not hound you like many pilates chains. They simply offer an amazing experience, positive and supportive atmosphere, and friendly staff. I no longer live in Fallbrook and wish I could find something like this elsewhere. PLEASE open additional locations in Temecula and/or San Diego! This place is an absolute treasure.

I was visiting the area for a short weekend and used ClassPass to reserve. On the website I couldn't find minor info I was looking for, and when I called it was closed. I reached out to their email address listed and someone responded to me within a few hours leaving me feeling so well prepared for the class!
It was in such a chill area so getting to it and parking was stress free!

Each reformer station has it's own equipment right across from it creating a sense of intention and focus for your workout. Everything was clean, the lighting in the room was perfect, and the instructor was awesome!
I am not a regular pilates gal, and so as a novice the whole experience was wonderful. No feelings of intimidation from working with the equipment or confusion on how to perform the exercises. Wishing I lived in beautiful Fallbrook area now! Cheers to you, Grove!
