Damaris has been working with me since April and was nothing but patient with me while I ran through different options. Kieth gave a me a great price on my trade-in and when it came to negotiating sale price, he and Damaris were very straightforward and fair.

I won’t be buying or servicing a vehicle anywhere else. They’ve earned a customer for life.

The service department at Greenville, AL's Dodge Ram dealership is pitiful, to say the least. I've been trying to get the fuel door assembly fixed for three months now, but they keep making excuses. They can't seem to order the right parts or all the necessary parts. They wasted time painting an unnecessary door since it has a locking tap for easy removal and replacement. You physically have to go the service department to find out if the parts came in. They do not return your calls either. After hearing other people’s complaints about their service department I’ll be using Sons in Montgomery. Lastly, I have a recall on the ABS system, they told me it would take about 30mins to update. The software is not available at this time, so that was another lie! Good grief Charlie Brown.

Greenville CDJR has been the best experience I have had at any dealership in the last 8 years. I am currently deployed overseas and they made the process very easy and Transparent from the moment i called until the final transaction. Damaris was my saleswoman and she went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of, and that all the numbers matched, how to get all necessary paperwork to the dealership, and ensuring a great deal while overseas. Damaris has also been one one of the most patient sales people I have ever encountered and done business with which during these hard times is a hard virtue to find in individuals, Keith the sales manager I also have a great deal of thanks for. I am grateful that he worked with Damaris to finalize the deal that she and I had discussed. I also want to point out out as well that Keith did an amazing job explaining the lifetime warranty on YouTube. Overall Greenville CDJR is an amazing Dealership to buy a vehicle, fast, easy, hassle free, and welcoming, thank you for making my next vehicle purchase one to remember.

Regrettably, I cannot recommend Greenville Jeep.

I purchased a brand-new 2023 Jeep Gladiator from them, and it broke down with less than 300 miles on it on the day of purchase. Despite informing them of the issue, no one proactively reached out to me. I had to personally request the manager to call me and ask for assistance with tow costs and a rental, which they never sent a check to cover these costs.

While the issue with the Jeep itself is not my primary complaint, it is the handling of the situation that disappoints me. As a customer, it seemed that the dealership did not prioritize the fact that they had sold me a faulty new car. It took three weeks to repair my vehicle, and once again, no one from Greenville contacted me to inquire about the repair status.

I acknowledge that setbacks can occur, but it is how these challenges are managed that truly reflects the quality of customer service and leadership.

It pains me to have to convey that I am unable to recommend Greenville Jeep until they prioritize putting the customer first.

I sincerely hope that my experience and feedback can assist the Greenville team in evolving to become a dealership that prioritizes customer satisfaction and service excellence.

My service manager, and everyone there, have been absolutely awesome every time I go in for anything. They keep me updated on the progress of my service and the waiting area is very comfortable. I'm so glad I found a place close to home to have my truck serviced. It really makes a difference.

He took the time to look over our vehicle and drive it himself. Gave us the peace of mind to continue traveling. Great customer service!
