It's a shopping center. Just your general neighborhood location. This one has a few deluxe features besides regular conveniences. Post office, UPS, vet, diner/deli, international restaurants, hair dresser, art supplies, and a bank.
In addition to that there is a real music store, and the best feature: a Trader Joe's.
This shopping center does feature a lot. There's even a place for cats 😺, a unique metal sculpture at the intersection, a discount store, some jewelry service and a relatively new sushi place... And central to it, by the Jewish deli is another life size sculpture of 2 people on a park bench sharing a Hershey bar.
