Great establishment! Friendly and affordable. Had such a great visit and found an unexpected item that I loved!!! I needed a new pin in my Apple Watch band that they quickly replaced for me. Bought a new silver chain necklace plus discovered a hand-carved eagle that I’m giving my husband for his desk. Beautiful!

Just visited Green Valley Jewelers for the purpose of cutting off a ring. My 93 year old mother needed this done due to the arthritis in her hand. The jewelers were kind and careful. I will certainly shop here when I need to purchase any jewelry or have repairs done.

I recently went in to get my engagement ring and my wedding band soldered together. (Bought from a different seller) I walked in and was instantly impressed by how courteous and friendly the folks were that ran the business. I felt extremely comfortable and welcomed. They helped me quickly and had my ring done in 1 week. They allignned the rings beautifully. They also cleaned them so well that they looked better than when we first purchased them. I will definitely go back again.

Beyond thrilled! I have a fairly unusual, antique engagement ring with a seed pearl halo around a central moonstone. I managed to partially break a prong off of the setting for the central stone, and the placement of the pearls made it a slim chance that a repair could be done by hand. I was afraid it was damaged for good but they were able to repair it with a laser! The jeweler also used a clear cement to secure the stone in place so it wouldn’t shift if any further prong damage happens (I’m clumsy!) It’s an almost perfectly clear stone but the cement is totally invisible. The results are seriously incredible and my ring is as good as new! Price was VERY reasonable and the staff as well as the head jeweler/owner were lovely. Highly recommend this shop for jewelry repairs!

This review is on behalf of my 75 year old grandmother. Never in my 28 years of life have I heard her so disheartened over such awful customer service. The 2 older ladies running the store were rude and abrupt to all the patrons in the store. They had no knowledge of their own layaway program. There was loud cursing coming from the back; and all the while, they complained endlessly about the business being brought in, in front of their paying customers.
