Gavin arrived at the appointed time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He told me what the charges would be right up front, and what the issue was, before doing the work. They charge a $69 service charge for all work, which is very fair.
Gavin performed a tuneup, inspection and diagnostic assessment, and replaced two safety photo eye sensors on the main garage door, and made adjustments to the golf cart door, for a total charge of $144.
I recommend this company to anyone looking for professional workmanship and excellence.

Absolutely first class. I would recommend this company highly. First of all, same day service. I thought I was going to need a new garage door opener. Tech (sorry I didn't catch his name) made adjustment and did a full maintenance check for $72. He also gave me a quote for installing a new unit.

I can’t say enough good things about Green Valley Garage Doors. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Gavin, the technician, came out to my home and gave me a fair and honest estimate. He didn’t try to upsell me or push unnecessary products—just told me exactly what I needed.

Before calling Green Valley, I contacted A1 Garage Door Service, and the difference was night and day. A1 was overly aggressive and tried to sell me a $3,000 garage door I didn’t need. It felt like a hard sell from the moment I picked up the phone. If you want to avoid being ripped off, steer clear of A1.

Green Valley Garage Doors offered a much more reasonable price—about half of what A1 quoted—and the customer service was outstanding. Gavin returned a week later to upgrade my garage door motor, and it’s been working perfectly ever since. Smooth, quiet, and reliable.

I’m so glad I went with Green Valley instead of A1. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, professional, and reasonably priced garage door service.

Gavin did a great job! I think 12 years doing this makes him a master mechanic at garage doors!
Very easy to make an appointment, arrived during the scheduled hours, cleaned up after his work.

I had really good experience recently with this company the last couple days. I found them to have good communication, and we’re quick, honest, and affordable. We didn’t notice a pipe wasn’t letting garage door go all the way down. And previous high winds had damaged our door. They could have just sold me something I didn’t need. However, Mark came out and was honest about the loose pipe being the problem. Also, he was able to add a couple struts to bending door until we can get a new one. Immediately, door ran smoother. I would highly recommend and trust them for future work.
