Joel was great. Very personable and helpful. Gave an honest overview of our old hvac system with out trying to sell a new one. We did set up an appointment to get quote for a new system to see just what it would cost.

Not such a good feeling to discover a dead thermostat and the temperature climbing on a hundred degrees day.
I put the call in after hours and Brandon called right away.

At 9 P.M. he arrived and after talking through a couple of options he set to work to find the problem. It was solved and were up and running and getting coolmin less than 45 minutes.
Brandon explained the issue and the repair and our system is back up and running.

I'm very thankful for the quick response. Brandon was expert and courteous.
Highly recommend Green Valley H&C. We've been with them for 4 years and have always had a good experience when dealing with them.

Ernie called to give me a heads up that he was on his way and arrived shortly after 7am with the window of arrival was 7-9 am. He explained what he was services and then went right to work. The repairs were estimated at $800 but 2 1/2 hours later he was done, and the cost was only $500 as he was able to fix one item rather than having to replace it. He walked me through the bill, showed me video of the repairs and now we are good to go. Very pleased with Green Valley Cooling & Heating service. Glad I signed up for the maintenance contract. 🙂
