This Place is totally "The Bomb!" We've purchased 3 (hi-ticket) E-Bikes from Rob and Tiffany and could not have been more pleased with their extraordinary Customer Services both on the front and back ends of our dealings.

I had an awesome experience with Bike Hub!! Great friendly service. Fast and affordable with my repair. I will come back for future issues or even to check out inventory.

My chain kept falling off. They were able to have it fixed and back to me withn 24hrs. Works like new again.

I have been a customer for the last 3+ years. I have purchased both an e-bike and mid-level road bike. Each of them are serviced regularly. I am happy with every interaction. If I bring my bike before noon it's usually done the same day (if possible). I can't show my appreciation enough. BH keeps me riding and it's wonderful.

I want to thank Rob and Tiffany!!!! My husband is so happy with his latest bike. Rob even got it all put together earlier than he had expected. This is the 3rd bike we purchased from them.

I would like to thank Rob and Tiffany for standing by the e bike they sold me over 2 years ago. I felt like the bike was not performing as it once did. Rob evaluated and determined that the motor had lost its efficiency. The bike was just out of warranty and yet he was able to have the manufacturer replace the motor under warranty. Thanks again for your extra effort.

I generally prefer to support small, local businesses—but my experience with this bike shop was extremely disappointing. I called ahead to ask about reinforcing the tires on my BOB Duallie stroller and was quoted $21 for the tubes and $15 for labor. At no point was it made clear that this pricing was per tire. Naturally, I assumed it was a flat rate for the full job. When I came to pick it up, I was shocked to receive a bill for over $100 for just three small stroller tires.

Had I known the total would be that high, I absolutely would have done more research and called around to compare prices with other local shops.

When I called to clarify, a child answered the phone and insisted the per-tire pricing had been explained—despite not being on the original call. She even said, “this happens all the time,” which is a red flag. Rather than listening or addressing the concern professionally, she became defensive and threatened to pull video footage. I encouraged her to do so, as I’m 100% confident the per-tire pricing was never mentioned.

When I expressed concern by saying, “I hope my stroller is in the same condition as when we dropped it off,” she slammed the phone down and hung up. That level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.
I truly want to support small businesses, but clear communication and respectful customer service are essential—and unfortunately, this shop fell far short on both.

***ETA response to owners comment***
Again, you were not present for the conversation, so it's disappointing to see you making inaccurate claims. Now you're resorting to twisting details, which only reinforces why I said, "I hope my stroller is in the same condition as when we dropped it off." My husband reviewed the video, as you should be aware, and at no point was it clarified that the price was per tube — this lack of transparency is exactly what led to the miscommunication.

You mention being in business for 20 years — honestly, that didn’t come across in the way this situation was handled. Your response here, laced with sarcasm and condescension, is yet another example of the unprofessionalism I experienced. It's unfortunate that instead of taking accountability, you choose to belittle a customer. Yuck, indeed.

Over the years I have lived in Green Valley I have used GV BIKE HUB on a number of occasions- always with the best of care and service.
I recently posted a negative (and unwarranted) review because I was ‘put off’ by the question regarding the origin of my 15 year old trike.
I have always been pleased with the service and will continue to use the Green Valley Bike Hub when I need parts and services.

Rude not a real bike shop and to insult a mother in front of her kid when she is trying her best. And to call yourself a mechanic when it is a just a bike. A mechanic thinks outside the box and can work on all makes and models no matter where it is from I for one will make sure to keep sharing this around town and online till this place closes its doors again it is not my wife she is part of my community and your shop is plaster all over Facebook and tik tok but nice of to assume that is my wife nope sorry you are a tight wad pompous ass that thinks he is a mechanic when he really is nothing more then a bolt tech that could not leave his mom's basement till she past away
