Elan (pronounced "aylon") ALWAYS has great women's coats, hats, jewelry, and clothes, from skinny to plus sizes.She's got an eclectic variety of top shelf, artistic, well-designed clothes, like those from Habitat! Whenever I'm in Mendocino, like for the Mendocino Film Festival, this is my first stop!
