I was shocked at how I was treated today at this place.
I had a small mischarge of $13 the day before and went in today to get it rectified. Rather than try to figure out what happened, the clerk immediately accused me of lying. It turned into a huge shouting match. This guy's behavior was unthinkable. Hard to imagine that they can try to run a business there with this kind of attitude towards customers. Arrogant, rude, disrespectful, and dishonest.

Rude service. Clerk mansplained me about paint quality, which shocked me since I had been going to Grey's throughout our 20+ year homeownership in MP. To add insult to injury, my negative review has been taken down twice.
