Over here they except flatbed and step deck receiving from 6am to 8 AM just two hours only .The receiving work just two hours a day. Hahahaha 😵‍💫😵‍💫

Cuckoo Bird Safety procedures. If you have a delivery you check in at WILL CALL. You are assigned an unloading door. You open your doors and throw the seal inside. You back to your assigned door. You lock up your truck. You walk inside and talk to the forklift operator. You lay the dock plate inside your trailer. Then you sit in the blue chair beside the rear of your trailer inside the building. This way you can not move the trailer and injure the forklift operator. Reviving clerk is excitable. Please be on your best behavior or you will be refused. Do not expect timely service. Good Luck.

this is my first and last load to this place, I have never seen such an attitude towards the driver and the load, you wait for unloading for 2 days. they appoint a time and you still wait 2 hours for unloading and after another BOL I do not advise anyone to take cargo in this era, indifference and disrespect for drivers.

I use Graybar a lot.
Very disappointed to learn that they don't start picking orders here until 9am, even though they are open at 5am.

They "manager" or "supervisor" for this warehouse is a disappointment in attitude and customer service. Treated me like I should know their hours even though they are not posted online or at the door.

So remember folks, their hours are:

Open at 5am
Will Call sometime after 5am (I was there at 8)
Orders start to be picked after 9am
Close at 5pm

This place is a joke paperwork says 8 to 2 for delivery. I get there and said it was 6 to 2. I was there at 5:34am waited till almost noon to get unloaded after a few phone calls.👎

for flatbedders receiving hours are from 6am-8am in the morning.

All the warehouse managers are rude and very unhelpful. Also unprofessional and act like children.
