Honesty and integrity is what I found. I've had my Jeep and motor home worked on , excellent work on both and they work engine and chassis as well as the coach which is largely impossible to find! Kudos for autos and RV's!!

Our MH was running rough w/check engine light. We got it there & limped in early in the am. Told them we were passing through & they jumped right on it. Got it fixed, took it out & road tested it & even wiped up all the wet, muddy footprints from the rain. While its never fun to have unexpected repair costs, they were professional, quick & didn't gouge us on price. Well done team!

Malcolm Graves and his team are exceptional even with the unexpected. We had an issue with a boat trailer that made hauling it anywhere unsafe. After a late night call to Malcolm's voicemail, he promptly called my husband the next morning and assured him that they would get it fixed. They had a good laugh at my spirited voice mail that I left in the midst of the breakdown. The guys at Graves Automotive have worked on our 1971 Airstream also and they always have a smile, laugh, or story to share. Great guys! Great service!!

In April 2024 we were retuning home to MN after RVing in Florida when our 2016 Class A RV Ford V10 engine developed a real serious problem. The RV was towed to Graves Automotive for diagnosis and the problem evaluated within a few hours. The engine had some real serious internal damage that required replacement. A Ford remanufactured engine was ordered and installed in about three weeks. The job required removal of all the fiberglass below the windshield and three radiators in order to get at the engine for removal and replacement. I picked up the RV and drove it 1300 miles back to MN without one problem. After getting back to MN I did a lot of checking in the engine compartment top and bottom to make sure nothing was overlooked or leaking. Not one problem. I was very concerned about the front fiberglass below the windshield getting damaged during removal and require repainting. No scratches or dings. The cost of the engine replacement was very reasonable considering the amount of labor and complexity of the job. Malcomb(owner) kept me informed as work on the engine replacement progressed and even arranged someone to pick me up at the Birmingham airport and transport me south to Graves Automotive. Best serviceI I have ever had on a vehicle or RV.

Came here today because my car has been experiencing a misfire and i was so afraid to take my car to the dealership where they would charge me an arm and a leg. Searched the nearest mechanic with good reviews and Graves was the lucky go. The manager, Jake was so friendly over the phone and took care of everything! I will definitely support this business in the future with any issues i experience with my car!

Imagine this if you will.A Camper Service company that actually likes Customers! I know hard to believe but these are good hard working People whom care about you as a person. This is our choice for all of our Camper needs.I look forward to having car serviced there soon as well.
