I bought a used 5th wheel here. When I got to the RV Park and hooked it up the sewage line had been frozen and busted as with several water lines. Furnace motor went shortly thereafter and refrigerator sensor. For the amount of money I paid they should have a place to connect it and see everything is working.

Mike and Mike came and assisted me at the last minute. They basically closed up shop and came to see me to correct and ascertain my water hose issue. I was panicked but they put my mind at ease. They were very friendly and professional. In my line of business I come across people that might definitely need their assistance and will be happy to refer this business.

I went here having no experience with the RV world. But Mike, whom I told I was having a lot of health problems and looking for an RV to purchase and live in to help me heal, acted as though he was going to be compassionate and to help me find something under those specs. I get sick from strong fragrances and other things and he was very aware of this. The RV that I looked at and he showed me that was in my price range, which wasn't on the high range because I've been ill for years, looked on the surface to be okay and not overly fragrant. So I thought I might be able to make it work and agreed for a slightly lower price than was offered and I specifically asked Mike to make sure that the RV was not cleaned with any strong chemicals, in fact to not clean it at all from that point on . When I went back to review things with him and make sure things worked there were a couple of moments where it seemed like he was nervous about me looking at things closely, additionally he himself wore a lot of cologne so I was having a hard time focusing on much because I was fighting an extreme reaction to him even with a mask on. He quickly showed me the RV and, as I look back, he told me that there was a leak over the bathroom that they had patched and he seemed really hesitant to let me actually go in the bathroom at that time . But I was distracted by how strong his cologne was and was overly trusting, apparently. So we went forward with the deal I paid for them to have it delivered and by the time it came somehow it was extremely fragrant like some of the strongest chemical cleaners out there. The guy they sent to deliver it was completely inept, like they just offered him the job off the street and he didn't know how to handle driving the fifth wheel. It took him a ridiculously long time to find where I lived and even longer to figure out how to get it in the spot we had, which was pretty ample. Then as he was trying to get it leveled I got a call from one of the guys at the shop upset at me for how long it had taken their worker to deliver the RV and told me to tell him he needed to come back with the truck cuz they had another one to be delivered. So I mentioned it to the worker and he drove off leaving the fifth wheel completely off level and in an awkward spot. Since then, I've had to work very hard to get rid of the extra chemical cleaner smells (still not there) and additionally there is mold everywhere! What was supposed to be a small leak over the bathroom turned out to be leaks all over the roof all through the outer walls and mold scattered through the whole RV. So I've had to come up with ways to afford fixing an RV that I signed "as is" on, with no income. You would think that the moment somebody learned how sick you had been and that you would be living in the RV for a long time, especially since these people not only sell but also service RVs (so they would obviously know how to look for damage and problems), would at least have their conscience pricked at some point to mention that this might not be the RV for them. Not saying they should have sold it the way it was to anyone, especially at the rate they sold it, but especially to someone who was so visibly sick and in need of help, let alone unemployed. So, if you're looking for a conscienceless salesman to get you an RV for an overpriced rate, this joint is for you! As it is, I've had to learn the hard way how to look for problems on an RV, because apparently human decency is dead, at least in the people at Grapevine RV.

These guys are scam artists. Another of bait and switch. My attorney recommends that I never do business with them again. Be sure to document everything with a receipt. Stay clear of these shady people.

We had a flat on our rv on the highway and miraculously we were close enough to hobble into this place- and they saved us! They should be called Angels rv they are great people we were so thankful. Also they saved us so much money the roadside assistance guy was going to charge us 450$ and Grapevine RV did it for 60$.
