Not the best option for ice cream in Surf City. Would recommend Big Dipper instead. I ordered a milkshake and it tasted like chocolate milk and only filled 3/4ths of the cup when served. Also you can’t hangout inside the store anymore which is kind of lame in my opinion. You have to order through a window and wait outside.

Friendly people but a total rip off!! My son was charged $8 for a 2 scoop cone with toppings. Won't ever go back. $24 for 3 ice creams. Outrageous. Where do they get off charging those prices?

Visited over the weekend. I love that they have a big variety of gluten and dairy free ice cream flavors that are sweetened with agave. The pumpkin pie flavor was DELICIOUS. I could tell they took a lot of pride in being able to offer those options, and they took the time to answer my questions. Can’t wait to visit again.

Great flavors.
My kids love ice cream but I can't eat dairy. Thoroughly enjoyed their vegan blueberry cheesecake. Made me feel like part of the crew.

Delicious ice cream! Fantastic variety of flavors! Family run business with great prices. I don’t know the name of the blonde grandson who runs the window, but he is extremely friendly and sociable. My go to flavors are cookies and cream and chocolate chip. Grannie Annie’s never disappoints!

The couple who owns this are the absolute sweetest and went above and beyond in making sure we had what we need. We are also dairy free so to not only be able to order vegan ice cream but to have SEVENTEEN homemade choices was fantastic. It was also the best vegan ice cream I’ve ever had. So glad we stumbled upon this gem and can’t wait to come back. After all, I have sixteen more flavors to try. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.
