Had what I needed and service was excellent!

First time going there. Not very impressed with customer service. Long wait time in lumber yard to get what you need. Was sold lumber that was out of stock. The young man working the yard didn't really want to be there. Don't think I will go back.

Rude people! I have always been a big believer in buying local but come on.. The prices are outrageous and the staff were beyond rude. If it was one visit and the staff was rude you could say they were having a bad day. But now 3 times and each time the employees acted as if it was a great ordeal to ring up an item. I will gladly drive a bit further from now on to a better equipped home improvement store.

Their lumber is better than Lowe’s!!! I built a 12x12 deck and used some lumber from Lowe’s and you could tell the difference in quality!

Good place for lumber. They are generally cheaper and a whole lot closer than Lowes or Home Depot. The only downside is that they don't have high stock in certain pieces like the bigger chain stores.

Decent place if you don't mind mansplaning. My mother went in for PVC parts to pump out our pool since summer is on the way. When asking where PVC section was ,pump in hand, the "man" SITTING on the stool advised they had nothing for that pump. My mom being a class a pipe welder and working with pipe fitters daily and coming from a home building background with my father, knew this pump had a universal thread at a half inch. She said no you do and then the "man" said you're not understanding me and pointed to his brain. The sweet lady standing behind the counter showed her the area and the found the exact elbow mom was looking for. At that point the mansplaner tried to back pedal. In the future, get off your a$$ and help the customer and learn a woman is just as capable as any man.

I like the place just fine.pretty good for a small town hardware/lumber yard, except for the "knows everything but shut up" Amazon that runs the place.
