This is a very nice plaza containing a Denny's, a pizza shop, a Korean fast food and services such as Supercuts. Although the CVS is missed, the Plaza continues to be well kit, clean and has reasonable parking.

There's plenty of parking here only bc nobody wants to come here. The guy who inherited the place instructs security to overbearingly annoy patrons of the plaza.

If you're planning on renting space and catering to lower upper karens class you might survive but if youre catering to top tier or your average man we don't like that. Hence the numerous vacancies.

I went to a CVS Pharmacy here and the place has a very good selection. One of the problems with this parking lot is that if you happen to spend more than an hour and a half in any of the establishments, including the Denny's that's on one corner of the property they will happily tow your car and you'll have in addition to whatever you spent in the particular store a $300 bonus cost that usually makes it not worthwhile to get anywhere near this place. Almost everything here can be found elsewhere. I doubt if I'll be going back.

Other than GNC the shopping center is a parking lot and crash pad for homeless. The Kebab place and the Pizza is overly expensive for what you get...I won't buy coffee from that Starbucks because EVERY TIME I am asked for money buy AGGRESSIVE homeless people. The security guard is usually sitting on the hood of his car watching everything happen. It could be nice.
