The WORST card shop I've ever been to!! Every experience has been miserable. One time as a kid (13?) I was offered $20 by the store clerk for a Blastoise I had, not knowing it was worth a lot more being rare, I declined wanting to keep my binder as is. Got home with my binder to find out multiple cards were gone. Granted that situation was YEARS ago, the other experiences didn't make me feel better about this place. Will always and forever discourage shopping let alone going in this place

As a lapsed comic book fan, I was intimidated to get back into reading and collecting. Kevin was super helpful and started me off with some new, and older series, based on my interests. He has paid attention to what I like and has continued to steer me toward new titles I enjoy. This is my default comic book shop for a number of reasons, but the customer service is the stand-out reason.

Awesome store and very nice owner definitely the best comic shop in Az. He has collectibles that you wouldn't see at other comic shops at Az like music collectibles such as KISS figures, vintage WWE collectibles/cards, and a lot more including Star Wars and Star Trek. He even has music posters as well and comic selection is great

Kevin, Gotham City Comics, Owner & Staff are ah-mazingggg!!! I have been to almost everyone shop far n' wide; from Central Phoenix, Tempe, Chandler, Mesa, & Gilbert. This place right here is a gemstone here in the desert. Kevin, is well knowledge, helpful, & very trustworthy when it comes to taking care of his customers! I personally love this place & have to come in anytime I am passing by. Literally, the only person I trust & appreciate any information given. Fun, tucked away comic book store that knows its pages. They have a ton of books, collectibles and all from different eras. If you are in the Meza area it’s worth a stop.

Awesome store jam packed with all kinds of goodies. You can find an assortments of single issue comics, paper backs, hard covers, omnibus, and graded issues. A large variety of collectibles including Japanese imports,Marvel Legends, Neca toys, Funko Pops!, and many more ordain the store as well. Definitely an awesome shop.

Cool little store. Everything is super organized and there's lots to look at. Too many modern books for my taste but I'm sure I came at a bad time.
