Broker told me if you go early they Work-in and definitely they will take you and Here I am. Very Nice People. I have my appointment on Monday they took me on Friday (3 days Early). In&Out in 40 min. I had 11 pallets only. Stop outside don’t block it and go walk-in chk-in go Right to ship/Receive Office. They have signs. No overnight parking.

(Drivers) had a 9am appointment to get unloaded 30 pallets of paper products. Got in a door at 9:30am. Only truck here from 9:30am till 11am. They didn't drop the plate till 10:40am, and didn't start unloading till 11:20am. Still getting unloaded currently at 12:00pm, shocked this is taking so long since the appt was for 9am and I have been the only truck here. Don't recommend coming here if possible.

Load is not ready, they are still picking all the product. Going on over 3 hours waiting and they won’t give an ETA. People are very rude and they won’t let drivers use the bathroom.

An absolute disgrace. I ordered a gift card and was charged for it but it was never delivered and they claim they have no way to contact the driver. There is no actual phone number to call. Stay away from ordering from the Cherry Hill location.

Been waiting to get loaded for 3 hrs now. Many have come after me and already left… Terrible place cause they don’t care about a drivers clock! Nice people tho

I think they open from 7-4 pm . I went early my appointment was later . Pull up to the gate and they will let you in. Park on side so others can come in and go up steps to the right to check in. Someone inside that glass window will give Yu a clipboard to sign in. (Name number truck license time you come in trailer ). They will give you back the paper work to put in the trailer . Back up to the door . Someone will come out to give you the paperwork!

(For drivers) this place is horrible!!! I have no idea what they do in there,but it’s not pulling loads in a timely manner. They WILL make you wait!! I waited for over 7 hours for my load . I should have gone in there and picked the load myself. 😑
