The audacity! The prices at the store are completely uncalled for. They are relatively nice things granted I understand that however this is a secondhand store. All the stuff is given to them for free. How are they gonna charge $30 for a pair of shoes? Every brick and mortar seems to be closing locations left and right because of all online retailers like Amazon they make it so cheap and easy. I want to support my local stores however this is absolutely ridiculous!! This stuff is given for free. I cannot express that enough. Why are you gouging prices unused products, that were free!!

It felt a bit cluttered and unorganized, making the shopping experience less enjoyable. It’s a cool little Goodwill but the items are more expensive than you could buy them new. If the items are donated why would you charge full price

I asked the manager why they had a $100 price tag on a LV Bag behind the counter that I could tell was fake from across the room. She said cause the person that buys it won’t know the difference.

On top of that the entire staff I had interactions with were rude.

I’ll stick to the bigger stores, these Goodwill folks need to stop acting like they’re Bougie… YOU ARE STILL A GOODWILL even if you are in Winter Park.

Sundays are when the 50% off color of the week changes. I went to the store at 9:45 (posted hours are 10-8 on Sunday) only to find they open at 9:30. Apparently this is only for “select” people of their choosing, as it is not noted anywhere. It is unfair that they do this for certain people, giving them an advantage to purchase items just marked down 50% before the general public. Shady to say the least.

place is clean. Most of the clothes are branded and neat to look at. You can find pair of shoes that was rarely used at all by looking at the sole of the shoes. Parking is on either side of the store.

There was a shirt from SHEIN here for $14.99. They have A New Day items from Target that are basically the same price as they are new.
