I'm only giving 4 stars is for the staff and management. The one thing taken away from all else getting stars is the same group of people in the video that are literally there 7 days a week and from open till most of the day. And when the carts and clothing racks come out this group of hoarding shoppers swarm in like a pack of wild animals going in for the kíll and they do not like to share. It's impossible to be a regular shopper trying to see or
Get a chance to get something off a goodie cart or clothing rack . And if u upset them they will sit there and talk smack about you in Spanish like they think you don't understand what they're saying almost like Spanish Drama Housewives. So íf u want to be next to the carts or racks visit any other location except for this one or take your chances on playing Russian Roulette with what day is it goiñg to be when you get attacked añd suffer severe Blood loss cause yóu got too close to what they think is only theirs and no one else's. Sad group of adults the size of children and their only means of life is Hoarding Goodwill Donations like Hungry Hungry Hippoes.

Horrible manager yelling at everyone to get out the store when we are walking slowly trying to leave they are the one that turns off the light. Is it our fault we’ve been shopping for two hours!!! Very disrespectful then when the light turned on from the power, then he was embarrassed because he just yelled at everyone to leave you guys want to lose business then not lose business choose one!!!! Very disrespectful but the Ukraine lady that works there. I believe her name is Helen is very sweet. Gets better people!!!! last time I’m ever shopping at this place.

Primarily came in to drop off donations, which was super easy to do. There are 3 designated bins for clothing,home decor, and books. You scan a qr code on your phone to get a receipt. This location does NOT accept furniture. The store was nice and clean, with clothes being the biggest dept followed by shoes, books and home decor. Price wise they are similar to shopping at a Ross/Marshall/TJMaxx, etc, which can be considered high for donated goods.

This branch of Goodwill needs an investigation. This manager in the photo accuses customers of stealing, denies exchanges, and will refuse service all on her own power trip. Not sure if it’s racism, but someone needs to put her in check before she causes a law suit. Should be happy I’ve only come to google soo far

Really good staff and a lot of staff putting away things, pricing. I’ve been able to walk away with a few good finds, copper cups and Halloween decorations.
