Excellent customer service from the donation receiving team!! Don’t throw it away! Instead donate it and donate it to the Goodwill in El Centro.

We took some clothes in & by mistake, I had put in a jacket that had huge sentimental importance to me. Thankfully I realized my mistake and went back and spoke with the manager, Jose Rivera. Him & the young man who accepts the donations started discussing the sorting of the goods and Jose told me that he would do a double check and let me know either way if he found it.

Jose called immediately to let me know he found the jacket!

Thank you and because of Jose’s professionalism and efficiency, Goodwill will be the only organization that we will forever donate to.

Very excited to have a Goodwill in the Imperial Valley. Came on opening day 8/4/24. It was a little wild and I got to see all the bins behind the scenes. Good selection of clothing, housewares, shoes, electronics, sporting equipment, art, handbags, some furniture. Came in and out 3 times because I kept finding things. Prices were mixed, some fabulous deals but also some overpriced items.

I've never been in a Goodwill like this. The store looks like they are short of merchandise. No need to move things around on the shelves to see what's actually on them as they are mostly empty.
And looks like what they do have is crap that never sold at garage sales. And it's soooooo overpriced it's actually funny. Overpriced garage sales leftovers. About 25% more expensive than brand new at Walmart.
And there are NO DISCOUNTS. No sales, no reduced price days or color tags.
And no customers. 😂🤣😅 I can't imagine why.

This is the most screwed up Goodwill I've ever been to, and I travel fulltime all over this country and hit EVERY Goodwill possible.

ABSOLUTELY THEE BEST GOODWILL IVE EVER BEEN TO! Very clean, organized, it doesn't feel like your at a Goodwill!! Prices are low, we love that!!

Sorry to say this is not as good as other Goodwills. They're trying to make it like a boutique or something along those lines. Everything there is definitely more expensive than it should be.

Goodwill in El Centro was better than I expected it was very organized very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. The merchandise was great and there was a lot of brands to choose from. It’s a much go type of thrift store

Their prices are insane! 12.99 for shirts. Pants some for 29.99. Everything is overpriced for used items! They should be ashamed calling themselves Goodwill!

Really big, better than I expected, a good selection of clothes in good condition and from good brands, nice bags and shoes and many household appliances.
