Organized and fairly priced used items and plenty of clothing choices. Parking is a bit limited, but you can find a spot on the street in the back.

This is hands down one of best thrift stores I have found in the Bay Area, and I have been to many. I grew up next to here and have been coming to this goodwill for many years, since I was in high school. Some of my most treasured and beautiful pieces are from here. I feel the prices are very reasonable compared to most of todays thrift stores. I don’t care if people consider this location “ghetto” or “messy”… that is a part of the charm. They stuff their racks to the brim with an abundance of items. I always find something good here, I hope this goodwill never leaves

Decided to visit the Goodwill 4 the 1st time in our neighborhood to see what's good Deals they had and I found a large selection of cell phone cases! The tag on it was for $30 but I paid less than $4.00! Great price for an LG case. there were many cCricket" cell phone cases in different colors, styles and varieties to choose from
Quite a variety of new items and lots to see but I just went in to look for the cell phone cases. I asked the cashier her name and she told me her name was Isabel P. Isabel P., th young lady was kind and helpful along with her baby bellee.... thank you for great customer service, being kind and helpful along with the girl that showed me cell phone cases in the glass case.

BRING BACK THE BASKETS PLEASE! Why did ya'll replace the ENTIRE isle with sheets that hardly anyone buys?
This goodwill always had reliable baskets for my basketing needs and now they are gone and it has greatly reduced my enjoyment of the store. Also, Please sell belts, not the new looking one in the men's department, regular belts would be nice.

I am here ever week, I'll see you soon. I will give back full stars once the baskets are back.

They expect you to wait 45 minutes to try on clothes. No matter how long the line is, they will NOT open another fitting room! They have 5 fitting rooms, but they keep 4 of them locked, permanently. Their reason is "Every time we open a 2nd room, we find tags on the floor." That is a very poor excuse to treat customers so badly. They're mad that somebody stole merchandise that was donated for free, so they punish the rest of the customers? Why would you punish paying customers? If a thief is going to steal, they will steal regardless of how many fitting rooms are closed.

Always unique and sensible things found on a GW treasure hunt. And cashiers are exceptional and most friendly. But prices on many items have increased and you can get new at retail for same or less, so know your prices
