A local store in Rio Rancho botched a coupon. When I spoke with corporate about it, they placed me on hold forever while they called the store mgr at the RR store who insisted I HAD rec'd the discount amount promised. I didn't, simple math proved it! But corporate preferred to NOT believe me & basically, indicated they had no intention of honoring the unsolicited coupon THEY SENT ME!! I am not happy with Goodwill as a result & probably won't donate anymore! Other charities are grateful for donations. Goodwill is NOT!!

I cannot believe the prices at Goldwill...you are supposed to be helping people by providing reasonable prices. Junk knickknacks selling for $19.99. empty used pickle glass containers for 2.99. clothing prices even those struggling can't afford...come on...
