The arch support inserts help my knee pain and arch pain in the store go away. I had a good visit, bought some new shoes. But it feels like a scam for plastic inserts the cost $$$ 1500.00. I left with not buying the inserts. The staff was great.

Went to.good feet,was in pain after a broken ankle 2 years ago,I was greeted by lady called Brenda, she was friendly and very helpful, and paid close attention to what I was saying to her.She recommend me some options,and I am very happy with the outcome,it's been a week and I can find the relief, already, I definitely recommend good feet,for the health of your feet,I am in construction, and never realized how important my feet are,and understanding how to keep them healthy, and it is wonderful to meet a person who knows there trade,and very helpful ,and friendly to the customers. I felt comfortable at the store and the sales lady was informative however the shoes I purchase cause a blister on my left foot fourth toe due to a bunion.
I tried to wear them in but they don’t seem to stretch and hurt my toes terribly. Can I exchange them or get my money back I had to see the urgent care doctor for the blister I have on my toe.

While staff were courteous and wanting to please, I still felt the hard sell. I was finally convinced to purchase a package, which included two different arch supports. They were made of hard plastic, but also purchased the padding to go over them. After following the use 30 minutes, switch, gradually increasing the time used, my pain is still bad.

I told the store staff, but was told, I was increasing my time too fast and to take longer to get used to them.

Now it's beyond any return abilities, so I'm out $1,200+.

ADDED: I was contacted by the store shortly after making this review and was advised of their lifetime guarantee. I have modified my rating, as this proactive response further demonstrates their desire to reflect good customer service. I will be returning to the shop to see if there's an option. I plan to modify my review following this next encounter.

Very welcoming and I felt a difference just from trying them on! Brenda helped me, and she was so patient and kind to me especially since I knew nothing about arch supports and what they did. Definitely recommending my parents because they need it!

Both sales associates were busy helping other customers when I walked in. They acknowledged me and told me I could wait but that it would be awhile before they could assist me. I looked around and tried on a pair of sneakers which I really liked. I ended up purchasing them and they are soooo comfortable. I plan on going back to be fitted for the inserts to help my arch etc. So thankful I finally found a shoe store that carries my size and addresses the issues I have with my feet. For the first time in years I’m not walking around in pain like I had been.

When I walked into the store, I was hoping to get help for my knee and sciatic pain that needed correcting. I wanted input on footwear that would help me and was amazed at what I left with. Brianna offered information on my feet I already knew but once I walked around the store with the recommended arch supports, my pain was gone. With my left fallen arch corrected and weight taken off my toes and ball of foot, I was walking upright with ease. I expected it to be costly but when I was shown 3 price packages to choose from I was socked. I then thought about the price I pay every year for pain medication, shoes, restless nights and other treatments for my issues and knew paying over $1000 for lifetime story was a no brainer.The sciatic pain I walked in with was no longer on my mind when I left with my arch support system. It's been almost a week and I still have little to no knee pain or discomfort from sciatica or my hip as long as I'm wearing the supports.

We had a very eye opening and positive experience at the Good Feet store in Stockton. Cesar was very attentive and provided us with the information we needed. I have had my new inserts for 2 full days and can already tell a dramatic improvement in my knee issues!
