I love this store. Love the staff. They are super helpful and courteous. I can get gas, shower, do laundry, fill propane tanks, get some groceries and not have to drive all the way to town, buy beer/alcohol, rent movies all in one place.

Thieves, inept, people BEWARE. On February 13th in the evening, I walked to this store, my car battery being frozen. I purchased a few items totalling about $50, it all filled up one single shopping bag, no alcohol. I was about to insert my credit card into the front counter device when the woman employee asked me to hand over my credit card to her which she inserted into her handheld device. I never heard how much I owed and was robbed of the opportunity to see the amount on the device in order to approve it. She handled the transaction and I was never shown the amount and never asked to push the 'Approve button'. I was tired, cold from my walk and not alert enough to notice. I put the shopping bag into my backpack and left. The employee remarked on my backpack and I told her I had to walk, so obviously I had not bought any gas, in case she had charged me for somebody else's. Once home, I realized I was never given a receipt either so I jotted down the prices of the items I had bought. A week later, when I received my credit card statement, I realized I had been charged $105.96, twice the amount of my purchases!!! Did the employee charge me twice, did I paid for somebody's gas? I felt so mad and stupid. I e mailed the owner on February 23th and never even got a reply. These people are thieves or inept, anybody working a cash register should have noticed I could not possibly have spent that much in one single shopping bag (even considering the prices there are high) and again, no purchased alcohol. So I hope you enjoy the money you simply stole from me or that you are happy to employ people who can't count or indeed can and charge people fraudulently!

25 cent freezie pops! I love sending my kid into the store for one to practice his math skills of change counting. It’s great having a spot for gas and propane in a pinch.

This is out in my neighborhood. A quick stop to shop.always friendly and ya run into folks ya know stopping by too. It's right between a great restaurant and a laundry spot. If you have just moved to the Goldstream Valley or just passing through, best part I can stay out in the valley. Expecially when winter closes in for the year and roads are bad. I can count on them

I spend $600+ per month in this store... I was kicked out of the store by drunk guy (there is only one that is drunk once in a while. Its not Brett or Jessee, or owner. Whatever his name is) for eating my food there, food that I buy from them. UNACCEPTABLE! Not a penny you gonna ever get from me again!

Great store. It saves us from the longer trip downtown for a snack or milk. Everyone is friendly. The homemade seasalt caramels at the counter are our new favorite treat. ...yum

Used to be a 4-star entrant in the "Alaskan convenience/country store" scene, but, sadly, the formerly awesome liquor/wine/beer deals are gone. That's kinda what the Alaskan country store is all about. Still, there's propane, and there is liquor/wine/beer, snacks, a big barrel of peanuts, all that. I just wish the deals on alcohol were still a thing,
