Prices are WAY too high.
My sister tried to mail some very small bubble wrapped lined Manila Mailers and they priced them out at $20.00 each.
USPS in AJ charged $5.00 each.
Be careful. Prices have increased there in a ridiculous way.

This is the best post office I've ever been to. Service is quick, friendly, and polite. It's less busy than ups or usps. Be aware that they don't do money orders. I like to support family owned businesses when possible.

This business is 1000% better since the new ownership took over almost a year ago. This is the only place I would do business with they are friendly, courteous, and always greeting me with a smile. This is a family orientated business one of the postal clerks has a baby and is always in there with her. How great is it she can bring her baby 10 out of 10 recommended. If you haven stopped in lately go check them out.

Great place to send USPS or FedEx packages, drop off prepaid label packages, receive mail at their rental mailbox, send faxes and purchase boxes, packing tape or gift cards. We've been going to this store for nearly 10 years, even before they were at this location and name. The owner Tim and his wife Amy seem like great people from the conversations we've had. I'm happy to support small businesses of individuals and the local economy. Their workers are extremely helpful and friendly. This is the only place in the Canyon to send USPS or FedEx, which I prefer. I send so many prepaid labeled package and occasionally pay to send through them. For packages (not letters) it costs a little more than mailing directly from USPS or FedEx office, but it saves me a 30 minute drive into Mesa or Apache Junction, which is worth it for me in time and gas savings. In recent years I've rented a mailbox and it's been great receiving letters or giant boxes, never had any issues. They are always open when I nee them to be, except Sundays and close early on Saturday. But that's expected because it's a family business and the post office schedule is about the same. Not even the bank in Gold Canyon is open on weekends, so I'm glad they are open a few hours on Saturday. I've purchased packing supplies here for at a decent price, and I found some great greeting cards too! I think it's a great place to take care of all your mailing needs. Glad to support local economy and great people!

I often find other people's mail in my mailbox like bank statements, other important financial documents and some of my mail is missing as well. When you confront the older lady I think the owner she yields and gets upset instead of apologizing.

IF i could give them zero stars I absolutely would!
I see in new reviews "under new ownership" dont let that fool you! They have No customer service.

Went there on 1/24 to drop off a Fed Ex package. I walked in, there were 2 ladies behind the counter talking to a customer. I walked in and stood there for almost 5 mins without any acknowledgement that I was there. During that time one lady (I believe owner) was talking about their competitor down the street, talking about how terrible their customer service was and how well she takes care of her employees and customers.
I literally stood there for almost 5 minutes listening to this very rude and unprofessional conversation. Never once was I acknowledged. You, have terrible customer service. I will never give you 1 penny of my business. I promise I will tell anyone and everyone I know in Gold Canyon to boycott your business.

This postal location is quick and convenient. All the girls are friendly and helpful. They will make sure you save time and money on all your shipments. They checked several boxes that fit some items I was shipping to my family and found out the cheapest option.
