This place has a strong Christmas vibe, with plenty of festive decorations, including Christmas trees, Santa’s cottage, and numerous light displays. The highlight is the fountain show, and occasionally, there’s artificial snow. You can sit on the grass with friends and enjoy the atmosphere.

For those who love shopping, there are many popular brands here. There are also several parking lots nearby, but finding a spot can still be challenging during peak times.

I love this mall been shopping here since forever and even worked here. My major complaint are the bathrooms by the food court. Why is it always filthy? It never has toilet seat covers and there’s urine on the floors. Every stall looks scary to even walk in to. The sinks are splashed and feel dirty. Please have it inviting for shoppers. Thank you

Great atmosphere, loved the water fountain show and the trolley was a cute addition even though it only did a 1/2 circle and not a full loop of the entire area. Parking garage is huge, and can validate parking at cheesecake cake for free parking. Tons of high end shopping to do, and great places for food too.

This mall had everything my boys needed for their Back to School Shopping. It's such a big shopping mall we got lost. Parking was quick and easy, not so easy leaving the parking garage, though.

I really like this place since it’s in a very good location (Next to Americana) in Glendale downtown. I appreciate the variety of differentiation options of stores and service. They have a free parking with lots of space.

I recently visited the Galleria, the indoor mall, for some holiday shopping, and it was an unpleasant experience. The air was stuffy, and there were no benches to sit and take a break without going to the food court. Overall, the mall environment is not customer-friendly and seems poorly planned. Those who give this place good reviews may not have experienced better malls to compare it to.

Americana across the street offers a much more pleasant shopping experience when it's not crowded. While I understand that mall management may prioritize shopping over providing a comfortable experience, I don't plan to return to the Galleria anytime soon. You can find the same shops and boutiques at more inviting malls.

I go to this mall often. And parking is free, which is helpful.
One thing that’s rather strange is that you have to walk to the middle of the mall for the restrooms. It’s not as easy to find it.
Food court is good, with a wide variety of options.
Macys has its own building
