Very Disappointed with the Treatment My Friend Received
I’m extremely disappointed with how my friend was treated at this store. She walked in excited to shop, but instead was completely disrespected and looked down on, just because she wasn’t flashing money. No one deserves to be judged or mistreated based on appearances. Everyone should be treated with kindness and respect, regardless of how much they spend. We won’t be coming back, and I don’t recommend a place that values money over basic decency.

Service is awful. The owner of the place didn’t even let us see or try on the dress I wanted. When you go to buy a dress especially for prom, our course you want to try it on to see how it fits. He didn’t let us see the dress either. The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional, very ignorant. Why would you even have a business if you’re going to treat your costumers this way, waste of dresses. You won’t get any costumers with that attitude. Extremely horrible.

Don’t waste your time coming here!! Worse customer service ever. They won’t let you touch or try on any dress. They just want you to look at photos they have displayed on the wall. Owners will give you attitude, and even if you choose a dress from a catalog they aren’t willing to check on availability if you don’t commit to buying the dress. They will tell you they don’t work like that. STAY AWAY!!!

They didn’t let me touch the dresses, and verbally said I could not touch the dresses. We told them we would want to try on a dress that was on display and they came telling us it was for quinceanera’s, and that it was a certain price. Trying to indicate it was out of our price range. Worse customer service and I work in retail as well. These people are racist to the core, I can’t imagine the people that live here even shop here. No wonder the store was empty. Stay away, you can’t try dress until you buy it!!!

I called beforehand to make sure this place had Red quince dresses since that's what she wanted for her up coming sweet 16. I was told yes we have Several Red dresses for her to look at and try on. I drive an hour away only to walk in and no greetings at all. The husband stays behind the counter. Okay, and the wife says nothing but keeps following us like I'm going to get away with a quincenera dress and just run. Well funny thing was they had not one in the shop that was Red and they didn't offer to order her one from any books. The wife finally tells me we have a Red dress in the window. It was an immediate walkout as the dress was maroon and not Red and it looked like a damn Christmas ornament. I was definetly upset as we rushed to get their, got lost but found the place that didn't carry any dresses that we were looking for. And the owners were absolutely careless. If I could leave negative stars I would. What a waste of time all bc the owners couldn't be honest with me. Don't go here unless you want to feel ignored and lies to with a big smile on their faces. Never again.

This boutique not worth of going he doesn’t want to sell then why having it plus if you can’t handle what people want or need then closed for good cause you wasting that space plus he’s doesn’t have great customer service and support …rude and disrespectful… Next time sir listen and be respectful

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The owner of the store is unprofessional, hostile, and disrespectful!! My family and I went to go check out dresses for my niece's 15 birthday, and as soon as we walked in, he treated us like we were peasants, telling us we couldn't look at the dresses, that if we wanted to see them we could go by some photos he had hanging on his wall! Like, excuse me, what is the point of owning a boutique if we have to go by some photos? You should sell online vs. in-person if you're going to be treating people like if they're unworthy.. As you all can see, it's not the 1st time this owner gets bashed. Please save yourself the hassle and don't bother dealing with bad customer service.
