My daughter and I stopped by here after we ate next door at Sammy's so I could get a drink. I grabbed a Calypso lemonade and went to pay. I put my drink on the counter and proceeded to tap my card. At that moment the clerk pointed to a sign on the counter and said I didn't meet the $3 minimum to use a card. So I kindly declined. At which point she told me to have a good day but as I turned to leave she stated "I hear California is nice".
I replied with the fact that I was born and raised in AZ and that was unnecessary, like really unnecessary. Completely unprofessional way to do business. I will never, as will my husband and countless people we know, EVER give businesses to this establishment again.

Friendly staff, but they don't honor price specials displayed, such as two for $X.xx.
You often see bottle water as Two for $3, or something. They charge you full price. Why have the display show special pricing for two or more when you dont honor the advertised price?

Wish you wouldn't advertise special pricing if that price isn't honored.

There was no parking at this location for some reason and I had to park by a gas pump to run in really quickly to grab something so i could get out of anyone’s way in case someone needed gas and i was literally in there for like 2 minutes and the manager or owner no idea who she was had long grey hair and got mad and came at me all disrespectful expecting a reaction out of me this place would do so great without her or maybe give her better training but I don’t know hope whatever she is going through with get better but anyways obviously i didn’t give her disrespect back so i just left and respectfully apologized and don’t recommend dealing with her honestly other than that the rest of the staff was nice 🙂

I live right next to this gas station, and everyone I have ever met there is amazing. Mat, the manager especially. I come in here often and I can say that if you need a snack, a drink, or to mail your junk, they’re there for you! 🙂

I come here a couple times per month to send things off. Today the lady behind the counter (Jan) was horribly rude. She raised her voice at both me and my brother when we came in. To which the manager thought it appropriate to let me know that she does a good job and is the best they've got. I left in a panic attack. If that is the best you've got you need higher standards. I was kind at first Jan raised her voice at my request for a simple stamp. If my employees yelled at customers they'd have at least been reprimanded.

I've never actually stopped here before, but just driving by I get that warm, small town country feeling that makes me WANT to stop. Their building looks like it could shelter you in the fiercest of storms. Their entrance looks more welcoming to those in need than Ellis Island in 1907. Their parking lot looks like it could withstand the weight of any vehicle, while not being to hard under the flip flops of a passer by. Their pumps look like they'd fill your tanks on a cold winter morning before you could say "Hey these stickers that say 'I did that' are fantasti......Whoa! Tanks full!" When I look at Gilligan's I think three things to myself, "This should be the template of which all future gas stations are modeled after, I bet their owner is the most amazing guy, and one of these days, I gotta stop there".

Beyond rude on multiple levels; does my taxpayer $$ really pay this woman’s salary? From the moment I approached the post office area the older woman (apparently in charge; and I’m an older woman) started yelling at me about being prepared and that this is a really busy store. I pointed out I didn’t have any priority mailing envelopes and I was there to get them. There were no other customers yet she continued to harangue me. Determined to mail masks to the US Virgin Islands where they don’t have any, I hung in there to complete my task. It will probably take hours for my blood pressure to go down; not used to such abusive behavior. On leaving she said thanks sweetie, have a good day; bi-polar perhaps?

This is my post office of choice; the staff are always friendly, professional, and very helpful. In addition, the clerks behind the convenience counter never fail to greet me or to say good-bye, even when I only used the post office portion. I'm very grateful that this convenience store/post office/gas station is in my neighborhood.
