Been getting gas here for about 2 years, love it! recently they’ve employed someone new, has no customer service and clearly doesn’t want to be working there. Consistently this gentlemen has been seemingly irritated at just about any customer. doesn’t say a word, and just shoos you away at the end of the transaction. Owed a couple cents, I thought I gave him the right change, and he just stared at me like I was an idiot, and didn’t say a word. I get maybe having bad days, but there’s no reason to be working at a cash register acting like that. (I honestly don’t even think he counted that change)

Filled up on March 2 and had problems with my car within 5 minutes. Car was towed to a local mechanic and it was discovered water in the gas. It’s not a cheap fix!
I know of other people who had this happen as well, on the same date, so I’m not the only one. To date I’ve received no response from Gillian’s.

This place is a trap!
Another company that thinks it's okay to take more money than they're authorized to take tried to put a 50$ hold on my account. When I complained they told me to go somewhere else. I then told them I'd leave a poor review. They said they didn't care what kind of reviews they receive. It's getting harder and harder to support local businesses in this town when they act so entitled.

I live nearby & am usually disappointed in how slow the cashier is - because they’re too busy chatting with friends. Today the Cashier was NOT WEARING A FACE MASK!! Hello - heard of Covid? Bad enough that 3 out of 4 customers weren’t wearing masks - but the Cashier? Unacceptable - if I can find contact info for the owner I’ll be letting him know if I get sick - it’s his fault!

Cups of ice are .25 I was charged 1.09 and whatever the soda was. It was ridiculous! Over 3 dollars for a soda and cup of ice.
