GRW Winter Garden staff did an awesome job at getting us a good deal on a Coachman Freedom Express for our daughter & grandkids. The sales guy Hunter listen to our needs & did great at showing us what we were looking for. Alex in delivery was patient at showing & explaining everything with the trailer & Brandon in finance went over all the paperwork & got us in & out of the financing quite quickly so we could go on our way. From start working with the Giant Recreation world has been a great experience. Our sales man Hunter was fantastic. He was straight forward and honest like the entire staff was. Alex was amazing showing us how our 1st and brand new Forest River Cardinal red 35fun worked from top to bottom, inside and outside. Brandon in finance, was great, quick and honest and fair. Over all a great experience and will recommend them to my friends and family.

We had such a great experience at Giant Recreation World!! This was not our first trip into Giant Recreation World, but every time we were there everyone was so friendly and helpful!!

We have been in and out of Giant Recreation World for over a year now to find the right RV. There was never any pressure to buy and always friendly folk to talk to.

We finally found an RV that we both fell in love with as soon as we walked into it. Steve Rowin and Damon Ferguson were so helpful and answered all of our questions. They worked together to make sure all our questions and concerns were answered.

Brandon Plummer worked with us on financing, he worked hard to make sure we got the best rates. Brandon went the extra mile to come in on his day off to close on our trailer.

Chris was the tech that worked with us to check in our trade and also did our walk through on the new trailer. Chris is very knowledgeable and very helpful.

Once we closed Damon working with other staff and grabbed a truck to delivered our trailer to our lot.

After the first night in our trailer Steve messaged us to check on how our first night in our trailer was. Also we had forgot a few things in our trade. Steve pulled it out and put it in his office for us.

We would recommend Giant Recreation World and the whole team there to anyone looking for an RV!! Everyone from sales, finance, service and parts will treat you like family..

Giant recreation was super helpful. We looked at this RV for 6 months before pulling the trigger. They were able to complete a good chunk of the paperwork before we went to the dealership. Alex walked us around the unit to show us everything. Laird was great to work with and kept in constant contact. James was also great and followed up with us over the 6 months. The service tech installed my goose box and showed me around the turn radius of the truck, hook and unhook, and the leveling system. The finance guys made what is normally a dreadful experience very enjoyable. If your looking for an RV check out Giant Recreation first.

My husband and I stopped at this business. We needed a camper for us to live in. Our salesman was Ron Newsome, he found a camper that exactly fit our needs. Ron is amazing!!!
Setup at the new home, which didn't take long at all went smoothly.
The toilet leaked so a repairman named Randy came out to fix it, luckily it was an easy fix, seating the toilet on the seal. Randy was great to talk to. He was able to answer more questions we had.
We are thankful we met Ron, he truly helped us with everything. Alex walked us through the camper wonderfully showing us everything and explaining in details so we would feel comfortable in our new camper, our new home.
