Amazing stop to stop by on the freeway. Gets crowded sometimes during weekends and holidays. Slightly small store but a very wide variety of souvenirs and chocolates. Desserts tasted great with very nice staff and people there. Overall, it’s a great and convenient place to stop by or visit with your family!

I thought I could have seen the chocolate making process and even bought fresh made ones, thus, a little bit disappointed because it looked just like other normal Ghirardelli stores. Even worse, several others I have been might offer free samples so that you know which kinds you like. But overall, it's still a lovely store

I have to start with….OMG the smells this place is so Beautiful! It makes you want to buy everything in there. The cookies were packed with chocolate and amazing texture. The ornament was a nice touch to leave with for my first time being in here. I’ve driven by it a lot and now it will be my place to stop for some great cookies and chocolates!!

I thought it was an outlet! The prices in the ice cream shop were not outlet prices. Beautiful cafe but spending $9.95 on a small milkshake at an outlet. I had not been in years but I thought it was a flat rate for the box candy…well now they weigh the candy per pound

The workers were friendly and the store was clean! The ice cream was more on the expensive side, which was to be expected due to the brand. It was delicious! Their prices for their chocolate seem to be more reasonable. There’s plenty of parking. There’s also both indoor and outdoor seating.

I gave it two stars because the chocolates are good ,but you can also get them at your grocery/drug store. When I saw there was a Ghirardelli store, I was a little excited. I saw a big building and assumed they had more stuff. It's just a little corner of the building. The prices on their ice cream are ridiculous $15-20. I expected those prices for San Francisco. But not for this shop in a warehouse area. Do not waste your time or money here, buy your chocolate at your favorite store. It will be cheaper.
