Marvin's is a great small hardware store that have slightly higher prices for some of there products/ tools or equipment when compared to Lowe's or Home Depot and I have no complaints about that nor do I have any complaints about the merchandise, tools, ect. The one area they seem to lack in is there customer service. I was looking for electrical wire, 10-3 to be exact. I needed 100 ft. and I noticed that there was the type of wire I needed sitting on floor. It just need to be picked up with host and a bar put through middle so it could be rolled out to the amount of footage I needed. Well a manager happen to come over to the electrical station where wire was located and this person did not even ask us if we needed any help or anything! I thought it was very unprofessional and lazy or rude. That's why I gave 3 stars and that's why they lost a $300 sell. Something so simple as asking us if we could use some help is gonna end up causing that store to go under and out of business.

Parking is a little rough on Sundays because of the church in the plaza, there needs to be better monitoring of handicapped spaces. Otherwise, it's a great little place. I've never seen the little arcade open since Covid hit, hope they open soon!

We were looking for a medicine cabinet and found 1 but it was the wrong color, asked the lady at the service counter if they had it in the back. They didn't so she went out of her way to call other stores to find what I was looking for. She was very friendly.

This place is a joke!! Receiving guy gone to lunch & manager (JR. ) Was to lazy to come outside & check load off where they would unload me. Had to set almost an hour before guy showed up. There almost 2 hours. Most other Marvin's I'm gone in 30 min.

That place needs a face lift. And dirt cheap looks like a rat infested place. Not going back to that store. Marvin's store is nice and clean inside.

It's just a little strip mall, for now it's got a hardware a lumber store, at the other end a good sized furniture store..
