Went in on Sunday to get my ring resized and received the best customer service from Will. He was very welcoming and knowledgeable. My ring is nice and shiny, the prongs look so much better than it previously did, and the ring fits perfectly! Thank you Will and Gary J Long Jewelers team! Absolutely phenomenal experience every time. Gary J. long and his team are welcoming, professional, and out to deliver the best experience you've ever had. I have been here now to complete three orders, two of which custom and DO THEY deliver exactly what you are looking for. The prices may be high, but luxury and quality together don't come cheap, you truly do get what youvpay for and more. Could not reccomend the experience enough. I’m new to the town of Stockton and chose this Jeweler because of the location in Lincoln Center. To my delightful surprise I was greeted with a warm smile and a beverage from Will. I had brought in a couple of costume jewelry pieces that needed repair. I wasn’t judged on the value of the pieces; I was assured they would do the their best to restore them so that I could wear them again. The work was promised to be done in one week and it was. I picked up the pieces and now my next project of a custom necklace will be handled by the fine people of Gary J. Long Jewelers. Thank you Will for your patience and care; see you soon!
