I bought a video game ticket the print was bad. The attendant fumbled through the prosses and when the ticket didn't work, they referred me to make phone calls. I will not use this location again

Stood in the store for 45 mins while the only employee was talking to a customer trying to sell her some membership the customer did not want, so I decided to leave. And I only went in because nobody will answer any calls. Avoid this place if you want to keep your sanity intact

My son was upset because he found two fnaf action figures that he wanted that he didn’t have. We went to checkout and the employee told him “I’m not selling these to you they aren’t supposed to be released yet”. Well they were on the shelf. I came there 2-3 times a week with my son and now GameStop has lost a customer. P.s. we had to take everything to the register to see a price because employees have not been putting the pricing sticker on anything.

This place is all about making a buck, they want to buy your game for about 20% what it's worth then turn around and sell it for Retail Price You wonder why people are going digital, you'd probably be better at a pawn shop!
