I been buying from guess for the last 3 years and everything good .. but this jacket is the worst i seen i think i paid around $100 i wore this jacket about 6 times and this is what happen when i left it in the back of my car .. It's obviously been hot but this isn't learher

I always come to this store because it’s probably the closest guess I have near me and I enjoy the location , but every time I come here the customer service is terrible . I feel like the girls here think they are better than you just for working here and let me tell you it doesn’t make you any better than a McDonald’s worker with GREAT customer service. I am a car saleswoman so I KNOW what good customer service looks like and when someone is willing to go above & beyond to exceed your expectations or even then be kind and treat others the way you’d like to be treated entering your place of work , making them feel Welcomed. This isn’t the first time I come here and have a bad experience , I feel even uncomfortable shopping here. It doesn’t take much to be kind to people at the end of the day you chose to customer service the least you can do is be nice and helpful that’s all I ask. I guess some people are just not cut out for this kind of job or just let their position get to their head and make them act as they’re any better. What a shame.

I’m very disappointed with my experience with this store, will never go back! People, read very carefully their discount signs; they are deceiving 🤨. When I finished shopping, an employee scanned my items on her phone (I did not have a chance to see the cost of each item), gave me the total, asked me to type in my email address, and promised to email the receipt. Since I never got this email, next day I called them. I was transferred to the manager, waited for 15min, nobody answered, so I called again. This time Taylor, the manager, picked up the phone, looked at my receipt, said that everything is correct, that I have typed in wrong email (seriously?), and have misunderstood the discount sign - even though it’s by the shirt I bought, it’s for pants that I did not see. So, it’s all my fault, and there’s nothing he can do to help out, but he’ll email the receipt. Since I did not received it in the next half an hour, I called again, and was told that Taylor is on a break now (Great customer service ! 😲), and will call me after that. So finally, I got my receipt after waisting almost 2 hours with them. This is NOT a customer service I’m looking for! How about you, guys?

Very rude manager. It was a lady.. I didn’t get her name. I was returning something I was not going to need anymore and they didn’t put the receipt in the bag, I payed cash. She looked at me weird, she told me she needed to check the cameras on the day I got the clothes and that she only could give me store credit IF she would accept my return. I had a nice experience when I bought the dress and coat but she definitely ruined it.. I was so angry, and I wouldn’t go back there. Definitely, overpriced and not so unique items for the price/brand. But thanks for the other 2 guys that helped me choosing the clothes and to the one that helped me and proceeded to give me my money back. But the lady, she needs to get some customer service classes! She wasn’t helpful at all!

I usually shop at Guess so when i heard there was a store here in Long Beach, I was excited to go. I was not greeted by the woman who seemed to be the manager, but was just given a look. She proceeded to walk away & i thought it’s fine, that’s okay. I purchased two pairs of jeans from this location, when I came home I realized I bought the wrong size so when I went to go return it, our very friendly manager lady told me the systems were down & i was unable to get a refund, when i had never even worn them. She left to have one of the employees deal with the situation. I still have not received my refund & I will not be returning to this location again.

Mangers customer service was TERRIBLE, she rude and clearly lacked any sense of respect to those who are customers , I shopped with guess before and thought to check out the Long Beach store and all I have to say is that she should not be representing the brand and company at all, you can’t shop in peace , and don’t even think about returning anything because apparently her systems are always “down” I tried returning something I purched week after week!! I had to end up going to a different store ! So you can add liar to the list that included being disrespectful, rude , and just a straight up racist, I feel bad for her employees...I can only imagine what it’s like working for her
