Doctor prescribed 3 prescriptions 3/19/24. 1 was filled the next day. Been waiting for the other 2 to be filled. 3/28/24 called re status. After the person answering the phone looked it up, she advised they were not filled because they were over-the-counter medications. When I asked why they never advised me of this, she rudely responded that she was advising me now - yes because I called them. Would it not be professional to let a lay person know this? If advised, I could have been taking the medications 8-9 days ago! This, by far, isn’t the first malpractice this pharmacy has committed. This pharmacy should be shut down.

This afternoon I went here for the first time today not realizing they don’t accept my insurance. My medication was going to be $200. The pharmacy tech saw that I was a little stressed by this and understood I couldn’t wait for my doctor to order it again to a different pharmacy. I was ready to pay the $200 when the tech decided to spend a few minutes finding a coupon online for me which brought the cost down to $40. She went above and beyond to help me out and I greatly appreciate it.

As a retired retail pharmacist, I am very pleased with Fry’s pharmacy…the public doesn’t seem to understand the pressures and stresses that affect the pharmacy staff throughout the work day…consider this: you are pulled in all directions…immunizations, insurance issues, drive-thru sales, phones ringing constantly, patients asking questions and there’s always FILLING THE PRESCRIPTIONS: CORRECTLY!!! As the patient, please be more considerate and be patient…

Quit using this pharmacy a couple years ago because prescriptions were never ready on time or not even found not a single time did I ever get a smooth transaction. Well it's been a couple years and I had to pick up here for my son. Was told my RX would be ready by 3pm got here at 3:15p and it still wasn't ready.

I don't get the negative reviews. I transferred my Rx from Walgreens (THEY were rude!), and haven't had a single problem. The pharmacy manager, Tracy, helped me work thru a problem with a dr who wouldn't return my phone call, and was so nice and helpful. My scripts are ready when promised. I'm one very happy customer.

One of the worst Pharmacies in sahuarita. Everyone is incompetent and don’t know what they are doing. I dropped off a prescription in the morning and was told to come back later to pick up, which is totally fine. Came back for pick up and was told that the medication I needed wasn’t available, so tell me why you wouldn’t check the prescription when I hand it to you FIRST so I don’t waste my whole day waiting. That the medication could be brought in 3 days later. That won’t do if the doctor requests to take the medication before bed on the SAME DAY. This isn’t the first time, but the last event wasn’t as urgent. Terrible management, terrible employees who sad but true are the “whoops sorry” type that will never fix their problems. I gave them a second chance and they blew it. NEVER use this pharmacy. If I could give a negative I would.

*THEY STEAL YOUR PILLS*
I have been called a lair twice from the pharmacy when I’ve had to confront them about missing pills, the first time I was missing half of my OXY ! Now I’m missing a pill that’s for fighting of virus and they are going to “ just this one time, give me a courtesy pill” ? Excuse me This pharmacy are liars and PILL THIEVES. After being told I was lucky to wait at the Walgreens pharmacy drive through for over an hour earlier this week, I switched to Fry’s drive through pharmacy for my prescription today. They are busy, as are all pharmacies right now, however, I received a text when my order was ready. I drove up and waited two minutes in the drive through. Both Brooke and Fran were very helpful, much nicer than the Walgreen, on Nogales, staff. Thank you! I’m glad I switched to Fry’s.
