Fry’s is my go-to grocery store, and it never disappoints! The store is always clean, well-organized, and stocked with a fantastic selection of products. From fresh produce to gourmet items and everyday essentials, they’ve got it all covered. I particularly appreciate the wide variety of organic and specialty items they offer.

The staff are consistently friendly and helpful, making every shopping trip a pleasant experience. The checkout process is quick and efficient, and I love the convenience of their digital coupons and rewards program.

Additionally, the store’s layout makes it easy to find what I need, and the in-store bakery and deli sections are always a treat. Fry’s truly stands out for its quality, variety, and customer service. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-notch grocery shopping experience!

I gave three stars because it’s a hit or a miss. There are some super friendly employees working there and some not so friendly staff members. My main area of complaint is the hot foods/ deli department. There is never anyone there to help you and you always have to flag someone down. Today was by far one of the worst experiences. Jackie the assistant deli manager happened to be working. I was standing there waiting patiently for about 10 minutes and I received a phone call. She came out to load up on the fries and proceeds to walk away. I promptly got off the phone when I saw her but by then it was too late and she left. But I assumed she would come back. Few minutes go by and no return. I flagged down another employee and he walked back to get her to help. Jackie comes back out with no greeting or smile. Her face looks as someone who is cranky and was disturbed and inconvenienced by a customer. Is customer service dead? I don’t think so. There are some very nice employees there too that make up for some of the cranky not so polite employees. I cannot stand when an employee makes you feel like you are an inconvenience to their job. I hope someone will talk to Jackie and coach her. Not saying she should get fired. Just saying she needs to be trained on customer service.

This is probably one of the best grocery stores I’ve ever been to! Not only is it clean, but the entire staff is super friendly. Everyone says hi. Also I need to mention. I was thoroughly impressed to see one of the managers. I believe his name was Casey Bagging up groceries for cashiers. It’s not often you see management, putting their hands in and helping their team!

Very disappointed in this grocery store. I moved here from Pacific Northwest and thought it would be more like a Fred Meyer. It is not. They have a very limited selection and do not carry many of the brands I am used to. I know that something I need to deal with, but the quality of produce, and the lack of options makes it difficult to want to go back there. Again, I know Fry’s is not Fred Meyer but there’s no garden section. There’s no clothes, aside from the two half isles in the middle of the store. I have to go to several stores to get what I need. The layout is different in each store which makes it even more difficult to find the things you’re looking for. Extremely high prices for the quality you’re getting. I do not recommend shopping here.

Justin in the produce department was amazing! Justin took time to answer questions I had and went out of his way to help me. Justin’s customer service was amazing! The reason I left a star out is because about a month ago I let a male manager know that the boxes of graham crackers were placed on the shelves smashed. The manager acted like he didn’t care and had a bad attitude. Justin wasn’t a manager and did outstanding at his position. He should be manager not the guy in the suit pants with the bad attitude.

I love my neighborhood Fry's. This one is new, clean, and ALWAYS well stocked ? Reason I left a star out... Those new gates you guys put in... WEIRD BRUH . Makes me feel like cattle every time I walk in there now. Definitely not needed addition.

We've been going to Fry's for years and have seen the quality of the produce steadily fall to an unacceptable level. Everything from bug infested to covered in mold and it's a recurring problem for us visit after visit. Between that and expired food on the shelves I'm wondering what happened to this company. Some of the workers are helpful at least.

I went on Grand Opening day. It was so nice to have everyone so friendly and helpful. Employees and managers were everywhere trying to help people find things, thanking people for coming to the new store, and just being kind. I'm only giving four stars because three items were priced incorrectly. As a frugal shopper and a mom, I want things to ring up right the first time. Now I have to go back and get the prices adjusted and that takes time. Fry's Marketplace is definitely bigger! It will definitely take some time to get used to the way it's laid out but it's a nice store. Pictures of some of the free things they gave me!
