1. I tried chicken Marsala first, it was good; I have it again. The chicken was good but a bit too dense for my stomach so I couldn't finish the meat. The rest of it was great !

2. My husband had the Baised Beef, he's a meat and potatoes guy; he liked it a lot and will definitely have it again.

3. Tonight I had the shrimp scampi, I ate the shrimp but couldn't finish the pasta. The pasta was really dense, I'd love it if there was a gluten free option to this one.

Overall, definitely a great option and we will be testing out the rest of the options available.

I was eating the balsamic salmon for awhile, it has been out of stock at my local Publix, so I tried your pulled chicken tonight, very reluctantly, as it’s LOADED with added sugar for those practicing healthy eating habits and sticking with high protein content.

Either way, I heated it up, and tried a bite. I was amazed to taste that it has a very similar taste as the salmon. Kind of a plasticity taste.

Anyway, I purchased 2 of the pulled chicken meals and am returning the one I didn’t eat.

Sorry, but this stuff is horrible. Ya gotta get better on the added sugars. Sugar and fake sugar is what starts heart disease. And tye taste needs A LOT of work to actually make it taste different than the balsamic salmon.

I had what is the worst Chicken Marsala I have ever had. I have never had Chicken Marsala with Rosemary in the recipe. And there was no sauce that I could see or taste. I got sick after several hours of eating it.

Been grabbing these at Publix for over a year now and I will say these are delicious. Good portion, 400 calories average, good protein. Overall good. However, I advise Fresco Foods to discontinue the Asian noodle meal. It's worse than any frozen Chinese food I have ever had. This one ain't it chief. It's like eating mushy undercooked slop. Tried it a few times at different Publix locations...it's just not good.

So far so good! Just purchased my first Eat Fresco from Publix. I had the roasted chicken and Sriracha barbecue sauce and it was delicious. Totally fresh tasting, with just the right amount of kick to the sauce. The green beans were snappy, and the macaroni and cheese was rich but not too heavy. Frankly, it puts the frozen section and most of the local takeout to shame. I look forward to the other dinners.

Wow! All I have to say is I'm very impressed! First time trying these (I had the salmon and orzo) and it tasted just like a freshly made home cooked meal! Sometimes prepackaged meals have this funny taste to them...but not these. Totally fresh, healthy and delicious! The portions are just right too! Will definitely buy some more. Perfect for those late night work days. Finally...a microwavable meal that tastes fresh and is healthy. Thanks!

Tried about a half dozen of these meals last week and cancelled my Trifecta subscription. This is higher quality, better flavor and HALF the price. Not to mention that every meal so far has been great out of the microwave and you can recycle the tray it comes in. What a great product!

Heads-Up for Truckers Delivering Here:

Make sure to enter through the Cherry Palm Dr entrance. You’ll need to pass the docks and back into the alley—it’s tight, so hug the building as close as you can when backing in.

There’s a fence directly across from the dock (looks like it's made more for box trucks), and the other side is blocked by a container and dumpsters, so space is very limited.

They only have one usable dock, but the staff is super friendly and got me loaded quickly.
I had an 8am appointment and was loaded before 9am, even with another truck already there.

Plan ahead and take your time backing in—tight spot, but manageable.

Awful food awful service!! They do not answer the phone or return emails. Multiple calls over 5 days and emails. They never sent the coupons the promised for the hideous food I bought. This company is pathetic!! Do not waste your money.
