The best free people store I've ever visited! Undoubtedly the finest clothing store in town! My favorite sales associate has been working there for years; she always provides me with the best advice, and the other staff members are equally friendly. I would miss this store very much when I left Tucson.

Worst customer service. Will never buy from store again. My wife bought a sweater with a promo code. It was to big. After returning it in the store they said that we were refunded and could not exchange. We were refunded $0. After finding this out we asked if we could just keep the sweater they said no. Then told us to call call customer service and they said the same thing.
