I reached out this company last week to have them complete a few repairs and an installation for me. They sent me Carlos just a couple days later and he was great! He answered all my many questions, confirmed what I was looking for and took all my measurements. Within a week I had a very competitive price for all my services and an installation date.

Carlos and Steve came and completed everything I needed thoroughly, professionally and quickly. I was so happy with my whole experience with this company that I am going to work with them to upgrade all my windows and any further services I should need

They responded & handled my situation very fast, same day. The service gentleman that came out finished up the replacement quickly, and arrived kind of within the time frame given. I feel like there is something that could be better for customer service, or how a customer is received/welcomed… can’t pin point it out, but overall good!

I needed window repair. Joseph came and did the estimate, he was honest about the issue. Carlos was very professional and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job fixing the window. He went above and beyond, even clean the window and adjust the shaking glass. My window looks new and works perfectly. I am very happy about the results. Price was very reasonable. We tried to throw a phone on the couch and missed...iPhone went through the window. I called Fred's and within 2 minutes, the lady had my address, the size of the window, asked a few questions, scheduled the repair for 9am the next day, Javier showed up at 9, fixed the window in 45 minutes, cleaned up after himself and did a superb job. $198. I gotta say, this is some of the best service I have ever received from anyone in California, not exaggerating. These guys have it down. The lady on the phone, can't remember her name, is a legend and Javier was just the nicest guy. Thanks for the great service.

Excellent service! My neighbor's kid broke my window so I had to get the glass replaced. I spoke with Grace over the phone and she was professional & friendly. She sent me my estimate via email quickly. Steve installed the dual pane glass on my window. He was professional, and had a pleasant friendly demeanor!

I had a wonderful experience with this company. The guy was running a bit behind but they contacted me to let me know he’d be a bit late. (Wasn’t late by that much). The repair guy was quick, professional, friendly. The fixed portion of my sliding window broke, I had it covered with cardboard and duck tape. After he was done putting in the window, he helped clean up the cardboard and put it in the dumpster even thought it wasn’t his responsibility and i appreciated the help. Over all wonderful experiences and you can’t beat the price.
