Disappointed I drove here after work because Google maps says this store is open for FRC and it’s 5:30p only to arrive and they’re closed. Please update business hours accordingly, thanks!

All the other reviews regarding the schedule are obviously true. Three of us along with another customer in his pickup waited outside for 30 minutes. Their sign said they’d open at 12 pm and it’s 12:30 and they’re still not open. I even called and no one answered the phone.

Waited for 35 minutes after their stated opening time of 9 am NM time and nobody ever showed up to open the store. I'll take my business to someone who actually wants it, I guess, even if they supposedly have the best prices in town.

Edit: I saw your response below. I'm sorry about your family and hope all is well. I tried going back again today, waited another 30 minutes past opening time, ran out of patience when nobody showed up again, and took my business down the road. Best of luck to y'all.

Lacking customer service.

Recently we had received 1 gift certificate and bought another for here and went to use them. The owner was rude and said "I don't take those anymore." No sorry just I don't know why those are still out there. That is very unprofessional. I also believe it is somewhat your responsibility as a business owner to have that posted and try to remedy the situation with a bare minimum of an apology. We would have been ok with I'm sorry and these are no longer valid. But instead she was rude and we literally got one 2 weeks ago.

If you make a commitment to put gift certificates out to the public/customers you should be ready for them to show up and use them.... also your response to this review and situation...still kind of poor on the customer service scale.

Yea - what Diego Ortiz's review said below. I've been by there twice. Each time, they look to be open, signs says 'open', lights are on - but the door is locked. And I didn't see anyone inside. Calling didn't get me in either. Really weird way to run a business during normal hours - especially with all the FRC needs in Carlsbad. No biggie - I just moved on to other area stores that actually were open. And that's unfortunate, as I'm spending hundreds of dollars (every year) on gear that could have gone in their pockets.
