Very disappointed! The quality is great the items are cute however make sure whatever you purchase works because they make you pay for returns I purchase an outfit and the pants didn’t fit so I needed to return because there were sold out of the size medium. I had to pay $42 to do a return which was basically almost half of the order cost! Most companies offer return labels this one does not so just make sure you don’t need to return whatever you buy!

This is my new favorite store!! I am so obsessed with all of the cutie items for myself and all of the kids clothes. The staff is so amazing, kind, genuine, and HELPFUL!!! I love that it is a small business and nothing is overpriced. If you haven’t been in the store you absolutely need to check it out. This store is such a slay ✨

The clothes are super cute, but after less than a year of wearing these pajamas (and realistically probably only 10 or so wears total, my girl has a lot to choose from) they totally ripped apart when unbuttoning. I contacted customer service and they said it was past the return window and there was nothing they could do to make it right, which doesn’t make sense to me considering it’s a quality issue. Tried to post a review of the actual product on the website and it didn’t post either time, which makes me think they’re filtering out the negative reviews. Really bummed because if they had handled this differently I’d definitely buy again, the clothes are very cute.

I purchased a pricey blanket from their website, expecting high quality, but was disappointed to find it has an overpowering chemical odor that persists even after several washes. When I tried to leave an honest review on their site since their return policy would be a waste of time, it was promptly deleted. Unfortunately, the blanket is now unusable, especially around my baby, making it a total waste of money.

It was my first time placing an order with this company, I was excited to find a boutique that carried bamboo pjs. I have not yet received my order( I just placed it) 2 days ago but I am really turned off by the customer service I encountered. I was shopping a sale that was take an additional 30 off all sale items. Well i had to email customer service about the discount code not being entered at checked, I emailed 2 mins after my order was placed and I got a very snarky short email response, claiming I used a code so they will not give me another one. I then explained that I didn’t use a code I did spend 100$ to get free shipping but didn’t use a code.. so confused I asked to explain what discount I got. She then replied with I used free shipping but said I refunded you the additional sale amt. then I asked if you couldn’t use both a discount code with the free shipping on orders 100 or more, and nothing no response. Just the initial email to begin with being so rude and short was enough for Me to never shop here again. Pretty disappointed considering they talk family and love being their entire brand! I love to shop small I love to shop family owned but they need to work on the way they handle customer service.
