I had been in to see and price a mattress and box spring and talked with Kevin and he said he would come over to look at the bed I had and found out that what I had was a mattress and no box spring. Kevin said the mattress was very good and all I needed was a box spring. I went in and paid for the box spring, and it will be delivered tomorrow. Kevin is very nice, exceptional and so thoughtful. Anyone who needs furniture Foothills Furniture and Mattress is the best.

They aren't in this building but inside Shabby Chic mall. Nice staff. Didn't have what I was looking for. Small stock on floor, more in warehouse and offered to special order

Let me start by saying, I had second thoughts about buying a mattress from this establishment. Typically I read reviews and comments from other people before making a choice. I bought mattress few months ago not realizing there was a tear underneath. Since I wasn't home at the time of delivery I was unable to inspected. I contacted the establishment and never heard back for 4 weeks. Finally, I decided to stop by to speak with someone. I was greeted by Kevin and explained the circumstances surrounding my visit. After a few minutes without any questions he offered to replace my mattress. Kevin was very respectful and apologetic. After a few more minutes talking with him I was surprise to know I was taking to the owner himself. After many years of buying mattress from well know establishment in town, I never felt so value as a customer. I will definitely come back and buy furniture from Foothills Furniture and Mattress. Thanks again Kevin!

This store has become our goto place for furniture. We have used them several times over previous years. If they don't have what we are looking for they usually find it and order. Kevin has always been fair on pricing and the one time we needed warranty on a reclining loveseat he went above and beyond, replaced the entire loveseat. This kind of family owned store is a real find.

I cannot say enough good things about this furniture spot in the Foothills.

Their prices were extremely competitive. They were able to deliver THE SAME DAY. And the people who run the shop are personable and friendly.

We moved to the Foothills just a few months ago and needed to furnish our new Home. We tried Ashley's, we tried Furniture Row. Both were overly expensive with pushy sales people and their delivery times were at least two weeks out!

Foothills Furniture on the other hand made us feel welcome to our new town.

We bought some custom made couches and at first the customer service was amazing. The price along with the description of the process of our purchase reassured me I landed a place to return for future purchases to furnish my home. I was told 2 to 3 weeks for the delivery of our couches. I figured with all delivery delays, it was still no big deal. But an update would have been nice. After 3 weeks of not hearing from them and not receiving an update I called and was told they didn't know what was going on so they would have to call me back. I got the run around and it took my husband calling them to get a clear answer and a set date for our delivery. When we got the call that our couches would be delivered the next day, the lady on the phone was rude and you could tell I was wasting her time for asking questions about time of the delivery. Couches are great just not their telephone customer service.

Well the furniture seemed nice enough, decent quality, they had a lot of it, and the prices were pretty good since they were having a half-price liquidation sale. However quite frankly I thought the salesman was kind of a screwball because I tell him I'm looking at full-size couches and he tells me so here's the same one in dark brown but it was not the same couch it was a loveseat that he showed me so he must be mixed up on full-size couches versus loveseats and don't try to insult my intelligence by telling me oh no it is a couch no it's not I can clearly see it wasn't with my own eyes so I didn't like the fact that the salesman treated me like I was a complete idiot and his lack of knowledge of measurements was glaringly apparent.
