The outlet is not that big but has many good stores. The parking lot is quite many and easy to find a parking. The price is cheaper than regular stores.

Decent outlet mall, not a tone of outlet prices, but a fair amount.
Lots of discounts at some stores, but there are a few that don't have any special discounts (think the Hot Topic). A lot of the show places, just have a wall of discount footware.
Still, a lot have at least some discounted Outlet prices and it's a nice mall in general.

Folsom Premium Outlets was very busy many years ago. But it has been much less crowded in recent years after some major retailers outlets moved out. But the outlet mall is more relaxing now.

This outlet mall has more trees more seating area, and looks beautiful! It just needs more famous brands and restaurants moving in.

Three stars is what the current rating I can put in my review today! I hope I’ll be able to rate them five stars soon!

My disabled wife was unable to access the store where she had purchased an item online that was available for pick-up. The ADA parking nearest the store was closed off for food trucks, and when she phoned security to be allowed to access the ADA parking she was rudely told to go find an available regular parking spot and walk. Its very insulting to tell a disabled person to just walk when they can't. This was not an option since the regular parking has narrow spaces, and the incline up to the shopping area was too steep. My wife was left crying in her car, while I had to drive out from Roseville to pick up her order.

I went to Folsom Premium Outlets today 12/30/2024 and made a purchase at the Guess store. The sales associates there were extremely rude. Not only were they talking about a colleague using foul language, but they also decided to close the fitting rooms at 6:30 PM. When I asked them about the store’s closing time, they claimed they were doing me a courtesy by allowing me to try on clothes.

They were speaking to each other in Spanish, probably unaware that I also speak Spanish. They should be mindful of this, as the outlets are supposed to be inclusive. I ended up buying a few items because I felt rushed and couldn’t properly check or try on other things I wanted. I am very disappointed with this experience.

I recently visited the mall in search of a bathing suit, specifically at the Volcom store, as I found it challenging to find one during off-season. To my delight, I ended up discovering a really cute bikini set at Forever 21 instead!
