Great product and service with Floor Coverings International! We got our flooring through Costco Services. We called up the company Costco uses and recommended and was not disappointed. Mario was a pleasure to work with and answered all of our questions. Penny and Kent handled all the paperwork and finances and was very responsive, helpful and kind. Our installer Danillo did a great job installing the flooring.

We have needed to replace our carpet for quite some time and wanted to go with Vinyl flooring. We are very happy about our new flooring and wanted to say thank you to Mario, and the entire Floor Coverings International team, for making my home look so much better. We are so happy Costco has you as one of the services offered for flooring!

Best experience we could have hoped for. We have needed to replace our carpet for quite some time. (Kids, dogs, builder grade carpet). Mario came in, brought options based on our conversation and nailed it. The installers were professional, on time and did a fantastic job. Our home has been transformed with our new floors.

I like to start on how impressive this company truly is I was searching for the best company to deliver me the best flooring with a price that was going to be friendly to my budget. I came across this website and I requested a quote Mario Izquierdo Came out to give me a quote. I had explained to him that I was shopping around to see what was going to fit my needs He was extremely detailed, and the confident that he has in his company really stuck with me presentation communication Mario did amazing amazing work. Mario was extremely understanding with what I was looking for and respectful to what I wanted to do right after he reached out and had open door policy with him of whatever I needed and we can talk. I was very honest with Mario and told him I found another company that was able to do it at a little cheaper price. He told me give me 15 minutes and I’ll call you right back the fact that this company worked so well with me and my family and meeting all expectations and more I can’t find the words enough to say, how truly blessed and amazing Mario and his whole team was to me. We set the deal and we came to a date for us to be able to work on the floor. The two gentlemen that came out were extremely professional and extremely nice and so well organized and detail at work I cannot express how happy I am overall from the moment I met Mario to the end of the project. Everything was more than what I expected. I am so happy I no longer have to search for the right company to continue the flooring in my house. I will be sticking with them and I will recommend them hands-down to anyone that asked me about my flooring. We're very happy with work they did, we removed carpets to installed a wood looking vinyl plank in four of the house bedrooms and the job we paid for was well worth it.

Mario, was very nice and personable. I have to say, he does like to talk a lot, lol, but in a nice way. He definitely knows his stuff and we felt confident and trusted Mario to deliver good service, and he did.

We didn't go with Floor Covering International without first looking at three other companies. Mario was not the cheapest but not the most expensive either, their prices landed right around the middle but did merit good market rates. After talking to three other sales reps, we felt Mario was the best option, not only for pricing, but because we felt that if something would go wrong in the process, Mario and his company had the track record of making things right. He did not strike us as the guy that would vanish and not answer the phone. Thus far, Mario has always answered my calls and/or texts incredibly fast.

The 2 man working crew was led by Wilson, another great guy with many years of experience. He is a master at this craft and the results speak fort themselves.

Wilson delivered the job over a 2-day span. Hw was punctual showing up at the accorded times and punctual on picking up and leaving before 5PM on the first day. The second was much shorter as they had done most of the work on the first day.

The flooring transitions are immaculate with the rest of the house, it looks like the house had the same floor since it was built. Nobody would guess the rooms had different flooring at one point. Wilson delivered the Master and my sons room (the two biggest rooms) in one day, and the office and guest room the second day by 1PM.

We give Mario, Wilson and the company as a whole 5 stars and recommend it confidently.

We recently had new carpets installed by Floor Coverings International in 4 of our bedrooms. Mario Izquierdo came to our house and detailed our options. He was excellent in helping us pick out just the right carpets, and he was great in answering all of our questions and concerns. Jenner, Javi, and Joel installed the carpets expertly and also did a great job in all respects. Everyone from Floor Coverings International Winter Garden was professional, and all showed a tremendous attention to detail. We recommend them without hesitation!
