Large selection of tiles. The owners take a lot of time with the clients explaining the options and making suggestions. Prices are very reasonable and they have people to install if necessary. Overall an excellent place to go if you need tiles, vanities and other needs to remodel your home

Roberto was great with the flooring and shower remodel. I can’t say as much for the kitchen, laundry and bathroom vanity remodel. All three had in-correct measurement of cabinets causing delays in the project for reorders of cabinets extending it for months and/or her wanting to retrofit the cabinets to fit. We allow them to cut into the wall in the bathroom vanity but did now want them cutting our cabinets to size or drill holes for shelving in order to fit.

Then when my husband went to Carol to discuss our experience he was instead told we were rude to their daughter Nicole as per the workers who most did not even speak English. Needless to say I was flabbergasted when my husband told me. We are still waiting on shelves for our laundry which I will be surprised if we even receive them. We feel more oversight on the project with the cabinets would have eliminated errors such as cabinet height being too high causing us to reorder kick plates. Cabinets installed to ceiling with uneven ceiling then installer ruined our newly knockdown ceiling scrapping it off to open cabinet doors. Plumber installed waterline caused a leak in the ceiling. Electrical for hood vent installed incorrect location causing backsplash to be removed and reinstalled. I believe if Nicole would have been more present during the project lots of mishaps could have been avoided needless to say we kept having to ask her to come to the house when she lives three houses away. Her father Roberto was here constantly during the flooring and shower install and came to see the final on floor and shower but Nicole never came to see the final project with the laundry room or kitchen instead just a text message to my husband sending to see if the install was completed. Evidently they choose not to accept responsibility for their failures from the beginning to end with a Nicole’s lack of oversight on this project. We started our remodel the end of August and now we are going into March.
