Incredibly overpriced compared to the other Goodwills in Flagstaff. They were asking $50 for a film camera that is going for $15-$30 online (and their camera is in worse condition!) There are occasionally good priced items here but you should check online before buying anything!

Refused take my return even with receipts and tags, and would not even give store credit. Used to shop here regularly, and since they closed the dressing rooms I would return what did not fit and use store credit to buy more items. Lost $50 because they out right refused to follow their own company return policy. Disappointed, hopefully things have changed at this location.

Idk what kind of person would buy a dirty container for $2.49 or crusty toe gunk crocs for $12.79 but if they’re out there they’re insane. Someone please do something. Goodwill has always been nasty but nasty AND overpriced? No thank you.

Super big Goodwill. Was especially enchanted by their book section which offered a wide range of outstanding books to very affordable price ($2.29-$3.29 each).

Loved it! Came here twice and can highly recommend it if you are interested in second hand books!

Can't believe this crummy place replaced the Barnes and Noble. Flagstaff has gone so far downhill... No wonder we rank so low in education. Guess we need businesses marking up free clothes they receive instead of good bookstores in a college town. Makes sense (cents).

Very rarely give 1 Star reviews.
But, seems to be that all Goodwills now a days deserve one. The prices for a donation center are being priced as if the items are brand new. My husband used to be a manager at Goodwill years back and always comments on how much he would actually charge for it verse now.
I go out of my way to donate to Savers now.
They run it well.

I thought this store was and always maintaining of good standards. This stores prices are reasonable and well serving of the community. No matter where you are or what are your reasons for coming everyone can agree the prices are cheap. Weather it be clothes, toys, or video games. Shopping here is such a great alternative from going to other chain stores. As you will be saving money, recycling, and even have tools while it was used it can be just as good as quality as if they were brand new although you may have to look for something like that but it could happen. Sure there’s the occasional problem here it’s not perfect but it is near perfection. I’d give this store four out of five. It doesn’t get five stars from me because of the fact that they are understaffed. While I don’t see that as their fault I do still see it as a problem and until it’s addressed it will be four stars as of now. But it earned four stars for providing an excellent experience every time it was not a perfect experience on some but it was resolved and I’m very appreciative of that as a shopper. Real quick get in to spring cleaning if you have anything to drop off it’s so quick and easy here every time we did a little bit of spring cleaning it was just a five minute process at the most and we were fine after that. Do please come here it is such the way of life of saving and possibly even going retro as myself I like to dress as if I was in the 90s it is very easy to do that by just grabbing a pair of jeans and graphic tees. And you’ll probably be spending a fifth of the price that the kids at the mall do. You’ll look good and stylish on a budget. Overall a well run store not perfect could use a couple more staff but otherwise it is fine.

Since Goodwill has gone from Goodwill Northern Arizona to coming under the central Arizona umbrella. Their customer service and cleanliness have gone down, and the prices have went up.
