Had them take a listen on a noise that was coming from my Tahoe. Told it was going to be a 1700 price tag went to Chevy and it was only 275. It wasn’t what they said it was. Had a great experience at another location so wanted to give it a try here probably not going back. The gentleman were nice but when told they watched a YouTube video to see how to fix it not very confident.

This is a great location. Everyone is so accommodating and takes the time to explain everything about the car and there recommendations. I appreciate what the staff does to help me maintain my car. Quality work and pricing is fair. Great service + staff !

We broke down on the way home and they were quickly able to address our issue, help us identify that it falls under our car’s warranty so we shouldn’t pursue the repair on our own, and helped us coordinate with Enterprise to get us back on the road! They were incredibly helpful!

The service was very fast. I was a little disappointed that the only thing they really had to say was that I was going to need tires soon, but never asked if I wanted them checked for air or rotated which I probably would’ve definitely done, at an extra charge..but I didn’t think..

We have been using Firestone for our auto repair for over 16 years. Even when we were out of state and had car trouble. Only had a problem with 1 repair in all those years. Firestone did not try to downplay the issue or make excuses. They apologized for the error and corrected it immediately at no charge.
