So, the actual stores and restaurants in this area are pretty solid. There's a wide variety of good food to eat, and Hmart is a decent place to shop for groceries. But the parking lot is an absolute nightmare. The entire Plaza feels too congested. This place already has enough stores that attract attention; they should really focus on trying to fix the parking situation instead of adding more stores. It's sometimes impossible to buy groceries at Hmart since there are so many people in the parking lot and in the store. All of this makes it more tempting to shop at Lotte Market.

Festival Plaza, located at 1745 State Route 27 in Edison, New Jersey, is a vibrant shopping center offering a diverse array of Asian shopping, dining, and wellness experiences.
The plaza features a mix of stores, restaurants, a spa, salon, and healthcare services, providing visitors with a one-stop destination for all their needs. 

Key Highlights:
• H Mart: A popular Korean market offering a wide range of Asian groceries.
• Dining Options: The plaza hosts various eateries, including Boom Boom Chicken, Paris Baguette, and upcoming spots like Kura Sushi and Fish Bowl Bistro. My favorite cake place is “Mango Mango”.
• Wellness Services: Visitors can relax at the Island Spa, a Korean sauna spa offering rejuvenating treatments.

According to me, Festival Plaza is “a mainstay in the Asian Food Corridor hosting a Korean sauna spa, grocer, bakeries, and various eateries of the Asian persuasion.” 

While the plaza offers a rich cultural experience, many times I have noted that parking can be challenging during peak hours. 

Overall, Festival Plaza provides a unique shopping and dining experience, especially for those interested in Asian culture and cuisine.

This plaza offers a lot of options however it is COMPLETELY RUINED by the fact that there is not enough parking! If you want to go to HMart, forget it. You want to go grab a bubble tea from Kung Fu tea? Good luck! There was absolutely zero planning in mind when it came to adding more restaurants and not adding any additional parking.

This is THE SPOT if you want Asian food/ entertainment!

° The only downside and complaint I have is that they are 9/10 of the time PACKED, and they built another building where there was parking...
° Just be very aware while looking for parking! I've seen tooooo many accidents happen!

You could honestly spend a whole day here:
- Grocery shop
- EAT (AYCE kbbq/hotpot, desserts, boba, H-mart plaza has an entire food court)
- Korean beauty store
- Island spa for your self-care days
- Birdies & Lattes for your indoor gold + matcha cravings (also cute aesthetics)

HOWEVER: the parking here is terrible at night and on the weekends.

This store is better than Paris B city stores. More choices and seats to eat inside and outside. Everything is as fresh as it can possibly be, a huge turnover.

On a Monday, & the parking lot was a MADHOUSE...riddled with terrible drivers & not a single spot. Not enough parking spots for the amount of stores that are there. I Wanted to go to H Mart, but all I wanted to do was get out of that terrible parking lot once I drove into it. H Mart will inevitably lose business because of this. Whoever owns this plaza needs to go back to business school or something, becuase this is madness. I'm seeing the replies from the business owner saying there's valet lol, who wants to valet their car to grocery shop!?Nah, absolutely not...this needs to be fixed asap. Won't be back.
