My sister and I made a special trip from Newport to the Ferragamo boutique in Beverly Hills to have a wallet hot-stamped as a one-year anniversary gift for her boyfriend. Ferragamo has long been a beloved brand in our family, and we've only ever had exceptional experiences--until this visit. I'm not someone who typically leaves negative reviews, but this experience felt important to share because of how upsetting it was. I noticed, after the fact, that other reviews mention similar behavior from the same staff member. Unfortunately, our interaction with Lisa, the only associate available to perform the hot stamping, was extremely disappointing. After stamping the initials, we immediately noticed that the result looked slightly crooked and the gold was smudged. We politely showed Lisa a reference photo from Ferragamo's website and explained our concerns. Rather than working with us to find a solution, she abruptly said, "I will not be able to meet those expectations," and walked away to get the manager. As she left, my sister quietly expressed her disappointment to me. Lisa overheard and turned back to confront us, saying, "Excuse me, what did you just say?" without giving us a chance to respond. She then declared that she "does not tolerate disrespect" and would be issuing a full refund--without offering any other option or support. Her behavior was unnecessarily confrontational and deeply unprofessional. She later told the manager--right in front of us--that we had "cussed her out," which was entirely false. She had been polite at first, but became combative the moment we expressed dissatisfaction with the monogram. Thankfully, we had the opportunity to speak with Alla, the store manager, who was a complete professional and genuinely saved the experience for us. She listened, showed empathy, and reminded us why Ferragamo is a brand we've always trusted--not just for its quality, but for the experience and memory it represents. Thanks to Alla, we left feeling heard and respected. But Lisa's conduct left a lasting impression that simply doesn't reflect the elevated service associated with Ferragamo. We sincerely hope this feedback leads to improvements, as the customer experience should always uphold the values of the brand.

In July of 2022 I came into your store with my daughter who was 16 at the time. The store associate Jimmy was an excellent representative for the company! He was extremely attentive, polite, knowledgeable, & helpful! We enjoyed our experience so much!

James, the salesman at the Ferragamo Beverly Hills location is absolutely spectacular. He was beyond ready to help my family, so professional, attentive, and charming. My grandfather needed a few sizes with belts and pants, James was ready to help him with whatever he needed. I highly recommend James for whenever you go to the men’s section of Ferragamo, wonderful person and does his job amazingly. We hope to see him again.

This is long long overdue. But, I've been coming here for years, because this is the only shoe that could possibly fit my wide feet and orthotics. Lisamarie is the very best. My situation with my difficult feet takes a little longer for me to feel comfortable. And yet, Lisamarie is always willing to take the time to help me until I make my final decision. I especially enjoy coming to the sale, and scoring something in my size. See you all soon.

My wife has a couple of Ferragamo items and recently felt like getting a pair of Sunglasses there. She had noticed a very nice design a couple of years ago at the Ferragamo store in the Beverly Center. We went to the Rodeo Store location last week to see what they had to offer. Free parking around the corner in a large above ground structure. There were lots of people walking around, probably mostly Tourists. The Ferragamo store is well lit and organized nicely. Many staff members eager to assist await you inside. We looked at at the Sunglasses display for some time until Jane found the perfect pair. They were strong, stylish, and fit her face perfectly. She was very happy with her purchase. This is a beautiful store and is surrounded by other similar establishments. Highly recommended.
